Amazing store. Could have spent hours looking through what they have. It's organized so well and there's something for everyone. From classic albums to more obscure gems, this place is perfect for music lovers. The owner is nice and was kind enough to hold some albums for me until I could make it to pick them up. The prices are great and the environment is super welcoming. My wallet is gonna hate me for discovering VGR. Highly recommended.

If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out. First and Foremost the owner Travis is really great on many fronts. He's super knowledgeable on pretty much anything music related and he always has a great drive and passion to learn more if he doesn't know it already. This is also a small business where the owner actually cares about real world issues as well and personally I think that's really important. I moved to Alabama a few months ago and this has quickly become one of my safe spots. It has a vast handpicked selection, a cozy atmosphere and I'm constantly learning something every time I go in. I've also made some great friends here who are also into music. It's safe to say that this shop has started to feel like a second home, my collection has grown so much in just three months! This is a great business to spend your money and time at. And with time, maybe it could become your second home too ☺️

Owner is extremely nice. I love coming in here and just browsing. The cat is friendly, you can pet him for hours if you wanted. Organized nicely. Workers are helpful and will even try to search for records or recommend them even! He recommended a Byrds album to us since they didn’t have Turn! Turn! Turn!

Owner and operator, Travis has a wealth of knowledge and easy demeanor, and a willingness to help research any music you are hunting (and ability to recommend similar artists!). They offer Vinyl, CD's & Cassettes, Vinyl accessories, & a record cleaning service. Fantastic local shop!

Actually stumbled on this place totally by accident!! Was in the same shopping center for my lunch break and saw the very cool signs advertising its location and figured I had extra time to check out something interesting. The space is extremely cozy and welcoming, and everything is organized and easy to find and I found the hand written details for each record charming and SUPER endearing!!! I ended up talking to Travis and I think finding this shop was the highlight of my day. I think it's rare to find a place in Montgomery that's as comfortable and open as this place, and I think that the owners have done a beautiful job of curating a space that's for music lovers that want to explore new things. Very excited to attend one of their events in the future!!! +++points for having a small section entirely labeled "too weird for Montgomery"
