I visited your store, as I often stop by to pickup item several times a week, and went in to use the men’s restroom facilities… I am attaching photos for better clarity re my concern about the condition I find the restrooms in, and t general neglected, uncaring, ..although Walmart always make claim the care about customer shopping experience, .. and general attitude and lack of attention to detail .. The hand soap dispenser was completely "ripped off the wall and a communal bottle of stock item was placed on the counter for customers to use. Besides being unsightly it’s unsanitary. Additionally, the infant changing station was not much better. Sorry, but this is unacceptable. Obvious that store management and employees responsible for the maintenance in the store could care less about the general appearance and perception of the store.

I needed to replace a tire. I went to this location on Sunday, they gave me appointment for Monday at 5pm. I got there before the time . I waited 2 hours watching them to just waste my time. There was no other customer to keep them busy. They were cleaning and getting ready to close the shop instead of taking care of my car first. Every time I asked they said, "your car Is the last one for today." And "there are only 2 technicians today." The technician told me he is a human he cannot work like robots. The cashier and the technician were very rude. Upon inquiry the second time after waiting an hour and a half, the cashier said very harshly," you are walk in we don’t take anyone without appointment." I clarified that I have been given an appointment for 5pm. It takes 10 minutes to change a tire and I was waiting for 2 hours already. If it was busy with other customers I would have understood, but this was totally unacceptable. It took 3 hours for the 10 minutes job to be done. They made sure they were ready to close at 7 before changing my one tire.

The worst Walmart ever!!!! Subject: Frustrating Shopping Experience and Poor Handling of a Defective Product On my recent visit, I purchased a cartridge of printer ink at your store, but upon opening the package home, I found the ink leaking everywhere, indicating that the item was likely defective. As the fault was not mine, and having returned merely 25 minutes after the purchase - as evidenced by the timestamp on my receipt, I immediately contacted your customer service line to apprise them of the issue. On calling, I spoke with a very understanding and professional gentleman, who advised me to return to the store and ask for the manager. I was told I would receive a refund once the manager verified my claim. This advice calmed me, and I made my move to the store, believing that my concern would be addressed. Upon reaching the store, I requested the manager, Uzoma, as advised, but instead another manager, whose name I believe began with M, possibly Mariah, attended to me. I communicated the issue to her, and noticeable and considerable to my shock and dismay, she refused to refund me. She even ignored the suggestion from the customer service representative who had taken my call initially, implying they had no authority over the store operations. Even showing the damaged product didn't have an impact, leaving me with a defective product and a dent in my wallet. This recent experience has been intensely unpleasant and contrary to the service quality I used to associate with Walmart. I understand that there could be changes, having been a customer for nearly two decades now. However, the change in customer service quality and the disregard shown by the manager on duty was genuinely disheartening. Attached are the pictures of the defective product I should be provided a refund or at least an exchange of product. I will be contacting upper management

The discrimination I go through at this Walmart location baffles me! I will be contacting corporate. It happens too often and the employees are too comfortable doing this. Every time I go in I am watched like a thief because I’m a black woman. I also was told I could not use my coins smh

I had a very unpleasant experience at Walmart yesterday. The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. She asked me to step aside while checking the price of items that had no price tag, without any explanation or courtesy. When I politely asked for a receipt or ticket in case I needed to return the flowers, she responded with an attitude and refused to help. Customer service should be respectful, and unfortunately, this experience was disappointing.

I went to this store for oil change and to buy 4 new tires. The young man who help me was very nice and told me that they were booked and were only accepting appointments. The next appointment was two days later which I accepted. He verified the tire size and I left On the day of the appointment I was told that the appointment was only for oil change. I mentioned to him that I specifically asked for both and he even verified the tires size. He went back in to the tire people, who were just talking and laughing among themselves as there were no other cars in the bay or in the parking lot. After the conversation he had with them he told me that they don’t make appointments for two services. I said all I need is oil change and when that is done you can put the tires or put the tires first as there are no one waiting. He said no we only make one appt at the time. I was very disappointed on how employees don’t care about others people time or the business. No common sense! I left and will take my business somewhere else. Yes, I’m just one and Walmart won’t miss my sale but hopefully someone from management read this post and reconsider their policy. I don’t know anyone who enjoys taking their car for service twice when all could have been done at once. That is what you can do at other tire/oil change places.

Customer service was extremely rude. Did not want to take my return due to their system being down. How would I know. I asked if the item could be left with them and they could return when the system was back up, was hit with rude sarcastic comments "saying we’re running in circles" as she was rolling eyes at me. Older lady with some colored contacts. Super disappointed since I don’t live in this area and this return could only be made at this specific location.
