Love it here, the manager looks scary but shes actually a doll and the other employees are super nice. Was able to find the funky pops I was looking for AND get pokemon cards without having to worry about scalpers! This place rocks

The staff is very nice and friendly. The store is beautiful, have a lot of space and various products with the best prices. The staff will suggest you to get the best of your needs. Definitely recommend this spot!

I came into the store today (8/7/2025) and wasn’t acknowledged upon walking in which was alright, but I then looked around the store and was one of the few people in there and even then the sales associate decided not to ask if I was finding everything okay. She informed another customer with a Monchhichi doll that they were 10% off for the week and even proceeded to let them know that they carried the monchhichis in a hipper style as well. She genuinely checked on everyone except anyone that looked like me (black). Call me crazy but it was super obvious… I then walked up to the register and just stood there because the gentleman behind it I guess didn’t care enough to ask if I was ready to check out or needed something from behind the register. Such a cute store ran by people with bad attitudes lol. I put my items back and left. Save your money!

Pretty chill, if they start selling final fantasy cards ill change it to a 5 star

On floor staff were nice and helpful, however the red head cashier was rude to my friend and I during checkout. Wasn’t acknowledged at desk when we walked up. Tone was unprofessional & arrogant when I asked about an item and had to request my receipt when it was printed out because the person wasn’t paying attention. The dissatisfaction made us want to return the items we purchased. Cashiers need to work on their customer service skills.
