1st time coming by to the Midland Mall from LBK (on a business trip) very satisfied with the service, very polite and helpful from the associate Desiree helped me find what I was looking for!! Although they didn't had my Deftones shirt I wanted, Desiree gave me that hope for a new merch from Deftones they got which I was more than happy 🙏🏼

The staff is kind and super helpful, From pre-orders to general help browsing the store Jamie is one of the best and most knowledgeable staff members in our local HotTopic, alongside the rest of the great staff. 5/5 Highly recommended!

Cashier's are friendly & helpful Selection is many options. Would love to see more plus size items, like tripp pants, skirts, tops etc. In sizes 16+ Liked the sticker and jewelry selection Nice spaced fitting room.

This place is fine for skinny people, but shopping there as a plus size person is absolutely disappointing. They don't have any plus sized pants or anything. You have to go on the website and buy it which just ruins the whole experience of. Trying to be social.if they would fix this, it wouldn't be a problem

I went to the store, I was shopping when I went to pay the two very friendly cashiers, then they tell me that for the purchases I made I had to choose two free items, to which one of them went to show me which ones applied, when I finally found something that I like, they charged me, the bill was in 48'97 before picking the two free ítems and they rounded it up to 80 with donations that I did not accept and clothes that I did not order. I ended up asking for a refund on the two items that were supposed to be free but they refunded me half of the actual value

Took my daughter her she loves it and they made sure to give her a discount for her birthday. Employees were nice and accommodating

The lady who checked us out was super helpful and friendly my daughter found just what she wanted.
