Target

Checked online to see if the had an item in stock in the store and it said that they did. Drove to the store and was pretty shocked by how dirty it was. Target is giving strong Kmart vibes. Go to the section where the item should be and it's not there. Decide to get something similar but it is locked behind glass. Look for someone maning the department but there is no one. Look around and can't find any staff. Left and went to bestbuy, in and out in 3 min. Do better target.

The customer service here has gotten so bad. I order strictly online, or store pick up to avoid the employees. I used to love shopping at Target.

I frequently shop at Target in Medford Oregon because I can find what I need at a reasonable price. The staff there are friendly and helpful. Yes I would recommend this Target store to a friend.

Could not find what I wanted. No floor diagram or listing to refer to. No help available. Another customer helped me. Would not honor an in house sale because I didn't have an account. Since u do not want my money, I will not be shopping at Target any more!

Reasonable prices and selection. Employees seem to lack pride in keeping their store clean or not enough staff to keep it clean-messy. The cashiers tend to be the high point. Those employeed walking around the store and "helping" at the dressing room seem to have the warmth of an ice cube and the willingness to help of a snail.

I came in at around 8pm to do some back-to-school shopping for my daughter, after browsing for 30 mins or so, we went to the dressing rooms to check fitting. To my surprise they were closed. I went to customer service to ask to speak to a manager, we spoke to Mohammad. He told me they close dressing rooms at 8pm, I asked when the store closed and I was even more shocked they don't close until 10pm. I asked how are customers supposed to buy clothes if they can't try them on. He said they need time to clean up the area. But, from where I am standing that is almost 2 hours away. My daughter was very disappointed. How does Target expect to remain competitive? We went to Old Navy right after and had zero problems, clothes purchased. Target, you lost a customer today. My guess is that it is a store policy and not a company policy. I wonder what the regional manager thinks of shutting down the fitting rooms 2 hours before closing, sending customers to competitors.

Extremely negative store experience yesterday. As soon as I walk in there is a woman and her dog. It is a large dog, no leash, no service dog jacket. Nothing. Also, it is not right next to her, it is just loose In the Store. I avoid the area, walk out of my way to avoid the Loose Dog in the Store. I then call Target to tell them this, and I get the prompt to click 2 "for a list of departments" and then 2 for "customer service" AND it hangs up on me. I tried this multiple times and could not get through because when I followed the prompts it just hung up on me. So annoying! So I could not even report it right away. I got back up to the register to check out and the dog is sitting to the left of the check stands by itself! She, the woman, is at a check-stand away from her dog. Really?! However, what really Irks me is that I see the employees at the front of the store observing this and doing NOTHING. They did see it. So I go up to one of them (after the dog has left) and ask for the manager and it is her. She is the manager and she did nothing. I voiced my complaint and she said if she sees them again she will say something. Why did she not say something the first time? Does it take an innocent customer who expects safety and comfort in their shopping experience to get attacked, bitten or unnerved for Target to do something? A dog that is "friendly" and "does not bite" could. I am a witness to this. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Target is not protecting their customers.
