Rogue Valley Mall

The mall is an awesome space especially with Rockafairy. It’s an amazing volunteer ran art space that just wants to look out for their community. They provide a safe, creative space to Painters, photographers, musicians, art classes, music classes, dance classes the list is endless. Such a cultural touchstone must be acknowledged. When I was a young artist in this valley, no one gave a shit to help a kid that didn’t have the means, but definitely had the passion. I can only imagine how much farther in my musical journey I would be if I had a resource like this at 16. Rockafairy changed my life. Rockafairy helped save my life.

Here is one for the books. THE STORE NAMED BUCKLE. I went in here looking for a new belt. I found the belt that I wanted and proceeded up front to check out. The girl that was upfront scanned the belt and the price came up. I was getting ready to pay and than she instantly gets online through their website and enters in a whole bunch of different codes. I thought she was giving me a discount or looking for a better deal. What she was doing was entering in the upc/item number. What she found was it was more expensive on their site vs the store price . The check out gal than proceeded to tell me that they must go with the online price. The online price was $10 more than the in-store price. I said you don't go by the in-store price you go buy the online store price when somebody comes up to the checkstand. The gal said I'm sorry sir this is the price that it is. What a bait-and-switch. I have never in my life ran into a store that will deny an in-store price and go with an online price that is higher. Isn't it supposed to be the other way around? Normally every store will not match the online price they will go with what is in store pricing. The online price was $69.99 but in-store was $59.99 so they went with the higher price. This is just another example of why people do online shopping and another reason why so many local stores go out of business. I definitely will be sharing this experience with anyone I come into contact with who even mentions this store or is even thinking about buying any western wear. This is a complete bait and switch scam of a thing to do to customers. The sad part is if someone has a huge order they may not even notice. A store that checks to see if their online price is higher than in store and than goes with the higher price at checkout is just.....WOW....Just so disgusted here. I really don't know what to say more.

Such an amazing place to go to. Especially the Rockafariy! A great place for all ages to play around with music or do arts n crafts. They put on some of the best shows in all of the Rogue Valley bar non! I higly, higly, HIGHLY reccomned checking it out for when the next show is and come on down. You'll not regret it.

I live in Klamath Falls but I've been visiting the Rogue Valley Mall since I was a teenager. Like most malls in America, it has seen several storefronts close over the years, and honestly, it just hasn't felt the same. But Rockafairy has completely changed that for me and it's become one of the main reasons I make the drive up now. They host fantastic local music shows and offer affordable art and music classes to the community. It's refreshing to see a mall embrace creative tenants like this instead of letting spaces sit empty. More malls should follow the lead on this, especially the Lloyd Center in PDX!

In n Out employees are so nice and polite. Took our order face to face in drive thru line, repeated it back with no errors and repeated again before paying and again at pick up window. They all were very happy with smiles and as usual, the food was cooked to our preference. I give them 10 stars!

I just want to say how much I love rockafairy. Such a great environment for the day time and the artwork and lessons! Very much needed in the valley!! And at night, the most tight knit friendly music community that this valley deserves. It's so great to have a place for musicians to come together day and night for amazing shows.

I don’t often go outside however more often than not it’s for a rockafairy show. 10/10 recommend at least checking it out, not only have I felt welcome there but I almost feel like a weight is lifted off my shoulders every time I walk in. Not only that but they offer lessons in music and art and there isn’t much of that left in this world so we have to keep appreciating every bit we got. Don’t believe me? Show up and you’ll be welcome with open arms smiles hugs and laughter and it’s actually pretty neat.
