Starbucks Coffee Company

Service is extravagant. I was helped by a young girl named adele and she made my drink perfectly! the workers are incredibly nice and the store is always kept clean. I love how quick the service is! I love stopping by and grabbing my morning coffee or a late night sweet drink!

Very busy store, nice location and clean store!

I don’t know what’s going on but lately my orders have been consistently messed up. I order through app and double check my order every single time! I recently ordered a pistachio cortado, I got a plain cortado without a single drop of pistachio. If this were the first time, I wouldn’t complain — but it’s becoming a pattern.

The barista this morning was the worst. I didn’t get her name. She made my coffee and placed it on the counter without calling it out. So I didn’t know it was mine. After a while I went to cancel my order because why is it taking so long. Only to be met with rudeness about how my drink was sitting there the whole time. They called out all the white people’s drinks but mine was just tossed on the counter. How are you in Malden and trying to be what appears to be racially biased??!! Anyway got my refund and left. 0/10 do not recommend.

Nice seating, clean store and nice staff. I always say thank you, but I speak softly, so the barista might not hear "thank you".

I been drinking Starbucks everyday for years but I don’t get how this Starbucks is sooooo bad, the coffee taste burnt, they always get things wrong Jesus… I won’t ever buy from this Starbucks again I have the chance of the doubt but didn’t work

Same person messes up my husbands coffee twice and makes faces at him when he says something about it. He buys Trentas and they fill it halfway with cold foam. He had no time to take it back to get fixed because he had work so I’m leaving a review. I was a manager at Dunkin and her attitude along with the service she provides is ridiculous. Starbucks isn’t cheap so make the coffee the way it’s supposed to be made. Simple. Day after thanksgiving 7am having to deal with this is out of this world. 11/30/25 Another day another bad coffee. Same girl with the attitude making horrible coffees. Not sure how a latte can be made watery but it was watery and disgusting. Will be going to a new Starbucks from now on.
