such an amazing store!! its filled wall to wall with so much cool stuff, you can spend hours in here and still not see everything. one of the best anime/manga/tcg stores i have found in lubbock. the owner and vivi are also so nice and knowledgeable. i can't recommend coming here enough!!

Fun to walk around, but not to shop. As others have mentioned, its not a customer friendly experience trying to find anything in the store with how maze-like it is and lacking in price tags. Complete disorganization when it comes to categories. The few labeled items were crazy in price gaps; I saw something that ran for about $50 on Amazon at $15 and another item labeled $1200 in the shop at $529 from the official store. Do your research before any purchase. The lack of organization also means there's no threshold separations from adult /suggestive media and the rest of the store. The dog is a sweetheart though and it really is a uniquely different experience for a Lubbock store.

Yeah what a disaster. Walked in after having to figure out how to open the dog gate at the front door, then walk in and the owner is laying on the floor cuddling his dog not getting up or anything. So clustered and felt like the walls were caving in but what a joke. Also smelled like a dog shelter, very bad odor. Also owner did a bed check and threw the dog down.

Such a volume of rare and niche japanese media and anime memorabilia and figures comparable to stores i saw on my trip to Japan , to add the cherry on top, its a blessing that this store is located in such a deserted area for this medium such as Lubbock. A true diamond in the rough. Problem is, exorbitant prices, which i don't even see make sense as a rare figure collector; and while the owner definitely has a lot to handle, i gotta say, please try to provide a more dedicated service to clients asking for prices (everything is unlabeled), or maybe think of hiring someone to help with pricing and inventory. Its already so much of a sensory overload to walk amongst walls and walls of rare memorabilia and figures for then to add on top: a not particularly bad, but weird service. Otherwise, what an amazing store, what an amazing inventory, and what an incredible vibe. Must see for anyone with any knowledge on this media that lives around Lubbock, but that has DEEP pockets. Insanely wide selection of everything anime. It's fun to just browse and see what's there. Staff is knowledgeable aswell. Excellent!

It’s not a bad store by any means, it has tons of merchandise for tons of different anime, manga, and other accessories like mousepads, D&D stuff, and what not. However, not suitable for minors due to a large number of risqué merchandise public without much warning, and is nearly impossible to avoid entirely. As others have mentioned, the store is very disorganized, and has stuff everywhere. It’s like a maze to get around, needing to squeeze around. The dog was wonderful, loved the dog.

Place definitely needs to be cleaned up, the experience was not great to say the least. First walking in there was a sent was not great, my skin started to feel itchy, I was then sneezing like crazy because of all the dust, lastly my eyes were just burning all of a sudden. The amount of allergies that occurred in a small amount of time was ridiculous, also things were definitely over priced but to each their own. The man who was there was nice and I could understand keeping a dog there for the sake of the "brand name" but I don’t think it’s helping the place out. Could be a great place If prices were decent and the place was completely cleaned out and re organized. "Come Check The Place Out" At Your discretion it’s a neat place just needs some work.
