KPOP BESTIE

I had such an amazing experience visiting the store for their Twice cupsleeve event! I came with my daughter, and we both felt so welcomed the entire time. The shop was spotless, beautifully organized, and such a pleasant space to be in,you can really tell the manager takes pride in keeping everything well maintained. The event itself ran smoothly and was very well organized, which made the whole experience even better. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Ebony and Lyric at the register. They were so sweet, helpful, and genuinely caring, which made picking up my Ateez POBs feel extra special and exciting. As a baby Atiny, that really meant a lot to me! Compared to other K-pop stores in Carrollton where the staff can be dismissive or rude, this store truly stood out for its kindness and customer service. I was already impressed by the store, but the amazing team truly made it shine. I can’t wait to come back, highly recommend!

I went during the Halloween event, so fun! Staff was so welcoming and the environment was so lively. Kpop random dance and the costume contest were my fav! Hope they can do more events like this in the future!

I freaking love this place! I found it randomly when I was on a trip and I wished I lived closer, so I could come all the time! It's a big store and they have tons of albums, photocards and light sticks. And a giant video wall playing your favorite Kpop MV's. The inventory is a little sporadic and unpredictable, so you might not find exactly what you are looking for but you'll find a hidden treasure instead. If you are an Atiny or Stay, there is so much for you to buy here!

Went to the Vista before going to a concert, and saw a Xnghan&xoul poster so of course I went in, spent atleast 30 minutes in there, just by looking, I couldn't by a lot thay day however I did manage to purchase a Seunghan poca! Loved the varieties of groups! Like SMN and Young Posse! Been looking for the name for a while now, and found it. I loved it so much, I will make my return after Christmas!

I went in for my second purchase today and I really enjoy this store. The staff are friendly, it is very organized and they have a lot of merchandise. I'm newer to the k-pop scene, but they always answer my questions and are fun to talk to.
