I’ve recently gotten into Pokemon TCG in collecting cards and playing the card game. And trying to find any booster packs or anything of the sort has been a huge hassle. I came to this Entertainmart to browse and see their selection, and to my surprise they did have some Pokemon cards available. They have plenty of individual cards you can purchase from many ages. However my interest lied with the Mega Evolution products they had in stock. They had tins and other selections, even some trainer packs. I noticed they had one booster bundle which was HUGELY overpriced at $279.99, to what I was told was to deter scalpers from clearing their inventory. Makes sense I suppose. I ended up taking home a trainer bundle of mega evolution which was selling for $99.99. Which is also overpriced to what the Pokemon company sells it for $59.99, but a better deal than Walmart going for $113.99. Overall I’m glad to see they had cards and supplies, they also had stock in many other products such as collectors items, vinyls, movies, games, etc. However I will probably not be returning for future products just because I’m tight to a budget, staff helped me out pretty well, but most of the time seemed they avoided customers.

Always Friendly, great place to get books comics at a good price but never have luck getting preowned video games or dvds, everytime their always very scratched an unplayable

I don't usually leave reviews but I was a regular customer here, and I was told to never come back over accusations that were not true. I'm pretty reasonable, but I feel hurt over what happened. They have decent deals on some things. If the owner wants to talk, I'm totally willing to. I will be looking for my DVDs elsewhere though.

I was in this store on 11/27/2023 buying a Chase Pop figure for a posted $13.99 and rang me up for $35.99. I told them to ring me up for the price that was listed and ignored my reasonable request. No where did they have a listed price of $35.99. The employee was trying to outsmart the customer and this is what they get in return. A bad review. Avoid Collin and this store at all cost.

I bought a game for the psp from them and upon opening the game was cracked so it was unable to read the disk. They sold a game that doesn’t work.

I love this Entertainmart! The products they have, make my childhood come to life. If I wish to go find an old game, hardware, or movies I go here. And their disc buffing machine has revived multiple of my game discs back to playable. All I wish for is to keep that buffer machine clean and have staff trained on it because it's a life saver. Thanks to the staff and management, you guys are really doing something amazing and I want your store to be open as long as possible so I can go back for the games I miss. Rock on Entertainmart!
