Toucan Market

Kind of the Las Cruces version of Whole Foods. A little on the pricey side, but definately a great place for gourmet type products or something special. Love that they have a wide variety of New Mexico products, such as salsas, hatch chile products, local pecans, baked goods, and local honey. Extremely helpful and friendly service. A great place to find those special items that a Wal-Mart or Albertsons won't have.

Unique selection of grocery items, including local items, and household staples. Prices can be a little high, but some items are marked on clearance and are a great bargain. I wish the self-serve bakery section showed more information about allergens or whether or not it is vegan.

A wonderful selection of International Foods and Liquors. Just do not ask the Person at the Meat counter if there is any guacamole. He has no clue. Also, prices are not reasonable, but oh well.

Made a lovely meal with the food acquired from Toucan. The staff are very rude, they follow you throughout the store, they pretend to not discriminate, they also look down on customers who use discounts or SNAP! I will never buy from them again! This is why mom and pop shops don’t stay open! Your customer base is all people not just people with 6 figures!

Toucan is a convenient store for students at New Mexico State. It can be a bit pricey but you can find locally grown fruits, vegetables and plants. We visit Toucan at least once a week for Arugula and some fresh veggies as well as to pick up a copy of the weekly Bulletin. Toucan has lots of specialty items, such as spices, seasonings, coffee and nuts. It is a great place to pick up a yummy hostess gift. You will find the BEST Tiramisu ever there! An if you look up at the walls you will find art work on display by students from NMSU!

There's a lot of hard to find and not so hard to find items here. Try not to die of sticker shock! Hopefully the staff is well paid!

People, every time I come to the Toucan is always empty! This is a local store that needs you. They have great quality products and it’s worth to spend a couple of bucks more to support
