Accessory Zone

Lots to see here. I had to circle back to ensure myself that I didn't miss something. This is a good place to browse and get gift ideas. Most of the items are unique or hard to find. They utilize every nook and cranny to maximize every opportunities to display wonderful merchandise. There are several staff walking the floor. I was greeted by each one of them. Accessible parking and entrance.

My mom and I traveled from Lafayette to shop around Lake Charles for the day and when we walked in we were greeted nicely. We were in the store for less than 30 minutes and we were asked 10 plus times if we needed help. We love when people ask us for help, but it was too much. At some point sales associates need to understand to not hound their customers. We have worked in the boutique industry before and still do currently. We were asked multiple times if we needed help or asked what we were looking for. I told my mom we need to leave. We will not be returning to shop. It drives customers away!

​I had such a great experience at Accessory Zone. The customer service is excellent! Chloe was incredibly helpful and knew exactly where to look for the items I wanted. ​She helped me find pieces for my church choir anniversary and even went the extra step to help me extend a necklace to fit my body type. Chloe also helped me locate some eye gel masks I was looking for to clear up my skin, putting her hands right on the exact product I needed. ​The atmosphere in the store is great, and I felt genuinely taken care of. I really appreciate Chloe's knowledge and kindness.

Very unique finds within this store, loved the huge variety of things.. alittle of this & that can be found here! Clean & beautifully displayed home decor.. 😍 staff is friendly & helpful without stalking you, which makes for comfortable shopping. Alittle pricey, which prevented me from purchasing everything I really wanted... 😪 Go check this place out! I'll be back!

as someone who isn’t local - their shipping charges are OUTRAGEOUS. There is no way my order cost $15-$30+ to ship or they aren’t using pirate ship.com. Either they are over paying USPS for shipping or they are overcharging customers & not refunding for what we overpaid

Really pretty stuff, SOME of the staff is nice, but it’s a fake nice. They are always following you and there’s two sides to the store. When we were on the other side, an older woman radioed another person loudly and said there’s people here here too. I looked at her and she smiled really big and said how are you? I said fine. Like don’t make it obvious. There’s nothing I am going to steal that I can’t buy. Just make sure to be followed and stared at the whole time by fake girls.

Love this store! They are amazing! My daughter has gotten her first and second piercings here. They are great at what they do!
