Target

Yesterday I returned a coffee grinder that didn’t work properly and some Beats Solo that had went cheaper from a few days before I purchased to have the same price honor. The first manger that was called was a lil in a rush said he had to get back on the floor but will let the next manger know what was happening.Ms Karen was so patient and you can tell she loves her job.I lost my receipt told her that I paid for it in electronics on my bank card. She told me about the target app that needed to be downloaded in order to see pass purchases but it said I needed to complete my registration. She went above the call of duty and went search my receipt and ask the exact amount to look the receipt up.This is what you call customer service going beyond the call of duty.I love target and employees like this keeps you coming back. Thanks Ms Karen!!!

Target consistently maintains a clean and well stocked store. Employees are friendly and helpful. It is good to see a store that still mans checkout counters with real people! Parking lot was clean, and overall housekeeping in the store, and restrooms was exceptional!

They got more stuff than you can shake a stick at!! People that work there were very patient with my self check out issues. Good people!

Suspiciously, they were out of stock on ALL their Hanukkah supplies before Hanukkah… It’s almost as if they never wanted to stock them in the first place.. 🤔

Got my free baby box very easily. Will definitely be back. They had more stuff than we could even look at.

lady working at the dressing room literally rushed me and came in the dressing room 3 minutes after i had been in there and asked me if i had an estimate of how much longer i would be!!!! then lied about what time it was!! before going in the dressing room she took about 3 minutes telling me not to take long because they were closing in 25 minutes. i understand customer service, i work in it, i would be fired immediately for rushing guests or asking them how much longer they’d be at my job. also has hangers and clothes all over the floor i couldn’t even drive the buggy without having to pick it up to avoid running over stuff. usually never have a problem here but last night was something else

If you want to shop at a place that has terrible customer service, a store manager that does not care even when you call to talk them them about your experience, wait in line forever and check yourself out because there are no cashiers, corporate office that just replies thank you for your statement we'll look into it yada yada and goodbye, aisles of items disorganized with no prices on them this is the place for you. By far target has become worse than Walmart avoided at any cost I will for now on.
