This store is very cute lots to look at. A ton of decor at a reasonable prices. Friendly staff. They had Cook ware, crafting, animal things, a few frozen and fridge things, snack, baking items like piping bags and sprinkles. Lotion, Deodorant. Make up, towels. And much more. The only thing I really didn’t like was the bags… they are tiny. Also it’s self check out. 4 registers. The register was acting up a bit. So be prepared for that but… I like the store totally worth it I’ll be back. Curious to see what they have after the holidays.

I absolutely love pOpshelf! It has so many different things including seasonal items, cosmetics, home decorations, holiday items, birthday ideas, bathroom items, kitchen, pets supplies, toys, storage containers, snacks and spices. I could go on..and on. I highly recommend for you to go and check it out! Prices are very fair. Always someone to help if you're looking for a special item. Free membership where you earn points. I just used my $5 off coupon which was automatically applied. Clean bathroom and very clean store. Plenty of parking!

I love this store , you can about any thing and everything in there. I found a beautiful candle warmer in there for 20. I grabbed it up quick. Im so glad thud store came to Killeen.

I was able to explore the store during a torrential downpour. I was greeted as I entered and made aware of a sale. I enjoyed looking at the plethora of merchandise with the low prices. I just could not understand why one of the employees (not the one who greeted me) made it her mission to follow me around and observe how I paid for my merchandise as if I was a common thief. I am NOT!!!

Great store. Very clean, nice layout, and personable staff. Items seem to be of a good quality and fairly priced. We will be back!

I would like to start this with the "STORE" itself is "4 STARS " Lots of goodies ! You do have to check yourself out , which is no big deal. Everything is color coordinated and very affordable. But with that being said .. I am EXTREMELY upset with several different things that happened while I visited this store, I would have Liked to have been greeted when walking in. Even a Hi welcome in would have been nice. It was about 4 workers in the front, so would have really been nice to here someone speak to you. As I walked around the store and passed several people still no one says anything. Especially given this is a new store in town, but maybe this is how it Goes. I went to see the Christmas decor and heard a lady telling (more so demanding one of the employees ) to move something to a different spot. Then she went and said DO IT NOW! Very RUDE. And to make matters worse she did it on the floor in front of people. I feel very sorry for the person who she yelled at! It was Very UNFORTUNATE and not professional behavior under any circumstance! The young lady was She was a "woman " of color, and the Manager and all the other people working was not . Then the Lady went around the corner with another employee and started talking about the situation and she rolled her eyes. I watched her, as I walked around the corner she looked at me ,and started to walk to the wall and asked "politely the lady which she was gossiping with to move things IN a much nicer TONE then she did the First Lady ! Disappointed !! I then proceeded to walk to the employee and asked whom The manager was over this store ? She then pointed to the lady beside her and said this lady here Sara". To the young woman who "Sara the Manager " spoke to in such a way which was not appropriate I wish you the best. One day you will be SARA’s boss. Keep your head up and don’t let anyone speak to you as if you were less then them NO MATTER WHAT. To the owner of this store you really need to check WHO you hire. I’m glad this post will be seen by 2.7 million people who have already supported me !! PopShelf DO BETTER !

Fell in love with this store when me and my daughter first went in there. Don't agree with all the prices but it's a nice store. Bought pens and a brush today. Love it. Updated: It's still a great store. They've moved things around. I still love it. They have great holiday decor right now. 10/21/24
