BoxLunch

Looking at some of these comments confused and wondering if we're speaking of the same store. I believe his name is Lucas(Long blonde hair with glasses) he's been there a long time and he's ALWAYS been great with me & my family. I've never experienced any racial issues or attitudes. In fact it's the complete opposite. Everyone there is super friendly and attentive. They'll say hi and check to see if they can be of assistance and then go about their business. It's one of the few stores in the mall I look forward to visiting. Even if it's just to look around, I'm treated the same way as if I purchased something. Love this store!

I love this store, The owner is awesome, and he knows what products I like and is always helpful. My daughter always has him laughing at the comments she makes. I have bought a lot of products and still shop there. This store is excellent for those who like cute and different things. This is just a few things I have bought.

Very nice store with pricey but super cute merch but I’m not so sure about the staff/customer service. The man with long blondish hair had a passive agressive tone and made short snappy remarks after asking if I needed help. He felt the need to try and correct me on characters name that I was looking for but I was in the right section and did NOT need help anyway. People need to know when to leave others alone. If I need help I will seek assistance. It really turned me off to shopping here.

Great selection, great staff but the air conditioning has been out for a year or more in this store location and the customers and staff have to deal with. Please fix this issue to make for a better experience

Store is clean and well stocked. Staff is so friendly and great with giving you a nice experience. I would recommend going to this location any day! They helped me make my Christmas shopping trip great!

I have been in this store many times. The staff are definitely not as helpful and friendly as when the store first opened. I was in there for 15 minutes, no one asked if I needed help. All the staff was crowded by the register. It's helpful if you already know what you want so you won't need help.

It has a decent selection of items. They have some niche, lesser known anime items. They of course have the popular ones as well. However, I'd recommend some of the other stores in the mall for anime graphic shirts, posters and other items. Box Lunch is decent, but the prices aren't exactly ideal. Not a bad store, though.
