So I have to brag a bit about the assistant manager of this location!!! Victoria was an amazing help when I walked into the store. At first we were under the impression that I was unable to find what I was looking for but as I was about to give up and pay for the other items I had gathered, We located the items I was in search of... I was looking for a specific mystery toy (Stitch Disney pride bag clip). Victoria started grabbing little bags and feeling for stitch. When she believed she felt his ears she told me that was the one I was going to want. She is like Magic! SHE LOCATED HIM FOR ME!!!! <3<3 the customer service experience was phenomenal and I couldn't be any more excited about my pull!

no means NO. I don’t know why I have to FIGHT and refuse several times putting in my phone number. I said no so many times and the cashier would NOT stop. I fear for any girl that rejects him

Absolutely wonderful staff.. With the new rules, there was a line waiting to enter the store. The staff was so kind and helpful! She actually found what I was looking for and brought it to me while I was standing in line! The wait was short and everything moved quickly. What I thought would be a difficult task, was the easiest I have had in a long time and my daughter was thrilled with the shirts. Absolutely fabulous group! Thank you.

I love this place. I just don't have the budget for all I want. Lots of great goth accessories! Shoes, clothes, slippers, piercings, and everything in between. Always something unique here! I always stop when I'm at the mall to see if there's anything I can't live without.

I was debating getting a sweater but it was a bit too pricey for my liking. An angel was sent and it was Martha, she saw me thinking for a good five minutes and brought me a 15 percent off so I could get it. I want to shake her hand and congratulate her parents for raising an amazing child. She deserves a raise and a hug.

This Hot Topic is just too tiny. It makes you feel very claustrophobic with all the extra racks and tables and since it is a pretty popular store it almost always has a lot of people in it. The staff is always friendly though and strikes up a conversation with you about your items and shows you other things you may like based on it. They never fail to greet me, tell me the deals, and ask if they can help me with anything and that is greatly appreciated. I just wish the company would find them a bigger store to be in.
