One of the best stores in the mall currently. The atmosphere, look, and music are all great. I enjoy the mix of nerdy things mixed with the obvious Hello Kitty theme. While normally there for the figurines of other series like one piece or godzilla it is still a neat store to browse. With the promise of more items coming soon (mostly random) I look forward to going more often now to try and nab a few mystery boxes of various series. If I could offer any advice id say a few more anime figure updates would be nice. Atm its the usually one piece, dragon ball, and demon slayer. Seeing some other series would go a long way for the store or even more products in those lines Also you Ignore two of the lower reviews down below for they have noting to do with the stores charm. (1. Common sense would tell you that a store this clean looking and up-kept would not allow food in it to keep from spilling it on the floor or the many figures and plushies as people do many times elsewhere. 2. The store not being open yet and having to wait a day is also no means for a one star review) To everyone else I think you will really enjoy the store. Just keep it clean.

I like the products a lot, but very few things are actually priced. I search everywhere for a price but there are no signs or labels. I'd give this place a 5/5 if they'd actually add price tags to everything. The items that do have prices aren't too expensive. A little high but not overpriced.

I really like this store, I always walk in when I visit parkway. It’s always clean and they fix the air conditioning so it feels better. I love the many different stuffed animals they have and it’s my favorite store in Parkway place.

My boyfriend and i were in there looking at the spider-man snuggie shirts they had folded on a shelf i had picked up to to hold up and see which one would fit him better while we were figure out which one to buy the employees were all in a circle behind the counter talking about us and one girl looked like she was recording us when i turned to sit one back on the shelf to hold one up an employee came over picked it up and took the one we had out of my boyfriends hands and started to fold them again. i work in retail and understand the frustration but we were not done looking and i was going to fold them back we just decided to walk away after that while they talked about how they " had a system" made me not want to buy anything and makes me never want to go back i really liked this store but the people they hire are terrible

Visited the store today with my daughter and my niece and picked out an item that was priced a lot lower than what wrong about the register I explained to her that there was multiple items back there on the Shelf underneath this price tag she told me that was for a promotion that where they were doing and that that no longer was the price I asked her if because it was priced at 299 not just one item or multiple items that she could honor that sales price she told me no that she did not have to do that and I asked her if she could please show me which items were $2.99 and at first she refused and I told her I said there are multiple items the exact same item on the Shelf back there priced at 299 she walked back there with such an attitude that she was knocking things on the floor off the shelves and then proceeded to tell me that those were for the items behind the item I was trying to buy and I asked for the items in the wrong place and she said no that's where they were supposed to go and I said well there's not a price tag for these items then and she continued to be very nasty with me until I ended up leaving the store I will not shop there again and will be making sure that I call tomorrow morning to get a manager or somebody else on the phone i was not rude to her and she was extremely rude and snarky with me
