FYE

I used to love FYE growing up but the place is not what it used to be. Now they try to sign you up for their rewards program but they forget to tell you that if you sign up, they will charge your card $11.99 per month for the rewards program. Even though each cashier makes it sound like it’s free. It’s very deceiving and I wouldn’t be surprised if FYE goes under because of them scamming their customers.

This store is a time capsule! This store is massive and has a lot of awesome retro aesthetics inside. This FYE is last of its kind.

Manager is very rude, signed my son up for the rewards saying its "free". No mentions of what we were actually signing up for or the fact that his card would be charged monthly. This is a terrible business tactic. Dont get me started on how dirty the store is! Certain areas of the store are dark, the carpet is beyond horrid, the tile is falling apart and theres just this terrible smell that hits you as soon as you walk past the registers. So sad to see a once beautiful store become a dump.

The manager who rang me up conveniently glossed over the membership fees for their program. It also smelled suspiciously of aged cheese by the register, which wouldn’t have bothered me if it weren’t for the deceptive marketing tactics. Thankfully a call center was able to reverse the charge, but just be careful with what’s offered before paying.

Incredibly rude employee attempted to kick our well behaved service dogs out while shopping. Usually really enjoy shopping here but our experience was ruined by this unkind employee who never would have approached us in the first place if we didn’t have service dogs.

I've been going here for as long I can remember i love this place it's my favorite location the people there are very nice and helpful

Dirty. Hasn't been vacuumed (or mopped) in months. Stains all over in the carpeted areas. Loose tiles thrown in where tiles were formerly broken out and very much a trip hazard. Tables of shirts in shambles. CDs and movies not remotely in any order. My pictures dont even show the true mess of it all. Also, why are half the lights off? Employees don't seem to care...they are all just hanging out at the register together. 🙄 New management needed or management needs to start caring about this place. 🤔
