TERRIBLE customer service. Had a 9:30 appt for a covid vac. FINALLY was seen by a VERY UN friendly tech person at 10:15. Between the loud pharmacy woman who sounds like she would rather be anywhere else and the newbie the whole dept is a cluster. Too much standing around when info could be processed and shots given. NO respect for the customers time. I will go ANYWHERE else next time. Daniel at the front register was a friendly guy. He was greatly appreciated amid all the rest

They’ve really gone downhill over the years. But I don’t understand why they close so early… 8/9 pm during the week? And you have a pharmacy, so working people need to race over to get any prescriptions. Also, one of the employees a couple weeks ago was pretty unprofessional with the eye rolls and sarcastic remarks to the woman checking out in front of me… all because she was taking longer than expected to get change.

Its boggling my mind that the pharmacy is even staffed due to the red head that screams at her co workers. People have quit multiple times because of her, customers refuse to return due to her behavior. Fire her, or keep the customers from going there. Your choice. Yuck.

Terry was amazing! She helped me sign up for rewards and had amazing customer service.

Second pharmacy in one day that cant fill amoxicillin garbage!!!! Does anyone know of a pharmacy i. Town with even a smidge of brains? Two pharmacys in one day this town is nuts!

Lots of out of stock items, including sale items. Very low inventory... MarkThe manager would not give me a rain check on sales items. Highly likelyI will not be returning to this store as I was asked to go to another walgreens to see if I could find the items I was looking for. Not recommended at this time

The North Avenue location is understaffed. I usually get an Auto-refill and an alert once my prescription is ready about 1-2 weeks prior to my medication running out. This time I literally had 2 pills left and had to use the Walgreens app to refill. They said they could not process my prescription and told me to Call. When I called they said the pharmacy was temporarily closed. So I had to physically go in and wait in line for 45 minutes to find out why I hadn’t gotten my prescription refilled. They said I needed an updated insurance card, so I give them my new insurance card information which is something I could have easily updated or given over the phone or on their online app (there is no feature to update insurance info there). I spent another hour during my work day to get my medication and when I received it I only had a 30 day supply even though my doctor put an order in for a 90 day supply. According to my insurance they have a deal with Walgreens to only allow a 30 day supply ata time. (I don’t understand this). Unfortunately I will be switching to another prescription refill location because of this.
