Great store! I found these demon slayer pants that were adorable! I also found a demon slayer hoodie.

Lovely workers at this location. Stuff was pretty easy to find. One of the workers (I didn't get their name) helped me dig through pins to find a specific fandom. Great service!

They still have their friendly staff, even though there's a lot of new people since I started shopping here! The new people are still extremely friendly though and I noticed they hired someone LGBTQIA+, and that made my experience as a non binary individual a lot more comfortable! If this store continues down this awesome path, I'll definitely keep going there! Keep hiring nice people and keep hiring LGBTQIA+ people.

I can't describe the awesome feeling I get when I walk in to the store because it's really amazing! To get extremely great customer service from the employees is something I enjoy a lot about this specific Hot Topic location. They are really good with regular customers and I legit had a few employees who remembered my rewards email address before I changed it because said email I couldn't access. Regardless, they are very friendly and will help you find anything you are looking for! The one manager, at least I think she's the manager, has known me and my brother figure for a good while now and has a good team working there. Literally have left surveys with five stars on everything and strongly recommend and when I was asked what changes would be good, my answer was that no change is necessary as they're already doing really great!

I have so much good to say about this place! I love coming in to automatically get welcomed by the amazing people working here! They know me by name and treat me really good! I noticed that they also keep the place organized and cleaned up and everything is easy to find! I have decided that this is my favorite store ever and not just any Hot Topic but this one specifically because I feel like the environment is just amazing!

My family and I was there twice today and the ladies( AKA staff) were very helpful, kind and never had to wait for checking out!!!! Always something new to find in this great little store so take your time and shop here for something new!!!! Thanx again!!!

We shop here all the time. They have a large selection of the best products. It is for the younger generation. You can bring all your friends and family. We have always found great deals on tee shirts. And they have trend setting cloths for the young at heart.
