Transwest Truck Trailer RV of Grand Junction - RV

I wanted to come and share my experience with this Business. I live in Florida and was looking at a used Travato Van they had available at this Grand Junction location. I spoke with Carlene and told her my concerns about traveling out there to pick it up and driving it home. She went above and beyond to get this van ready for my trek home. All the information I could think of was supplied as well as pictures, videos and specific vehicle information that was important to me. They have another location in Frederick they were going to have it relocated for me to be closer to the Denver airport. She even was going to pick me up from the airport her self to get me to that rv location, go through a complete run down of the functions of the van so I could learn it and also was going to let me stay the night there in the van while having it hooked up so I could test out all the functions of it and so I’d be confident taking it back across the country. Unfortunately, do to a last minute change of plans I wasn’t able to pursue this deal. My deposit I put on it is being refunded to me. Although I didn’t go through with the purchase, the customer service was fantastic. And extremely accommodating and professional. I also worked with Stephanie the Finance manager. She was very nice as well and very helpful, And was working with me for my specific situation. If the time comes to be in the market for another vehicle, this business will definitely be at the top of my list. Thank you

Just bought my beautiful 2021 Phoenix Cruiser 3100 🤗 ! I worked with Adam and Kari from the Grand Junction location. Adam came into Frederick to help complete the process - wonderful guy!! Wade, in service dept. walked me thru every inch of the Class C motorhome that I now own. It was sooo smooth and easy, friendly, and helpful of an experience. Everyone at Transwest was top notch. Thank you for the fun easy experience!!🤗🤗

We have taken our Winnebago EKKO for service and recalls and wouldn't go anywhere else. The entire experience from making an appointment, being greeted by Heather who was extremely courteous and helpful to having the techs especially AJ taking the time to go through the repairs made, could not have been better. If every business was run like Transwest RV of Grand Junction no one would have anything to complain about. Every employee we encountered were top notch. Very refreshing. Thank you!

These folks are first class! In a world of unscrupulous RV repair shops it’s refreshing to find someone who actually knows what they are doing and does what they say. You can trust these folks to take care of all your RV need’s from the engine, the chassis to the RV systems. One stop shop! We will never go anywhere else! Thank you Ms.Becky and Jeremy!!!

Adam Korte was the salesperson we dealt with from start to finish. Adam and the entire staff were extremely helpful and supportive. My wife and I flew in from Lafayette Louisiana and stayed at a beautiful hotel that Adam recommended. Adam even picked us up early the next morning so that we could finally see in person our dream RV. The entire process was very smooth. Kari helped us navigate through the financing and Bryan walked us through the RV. This was our fourth RV purchase and by far the most enjoyable experience compared to our previous purchases from other dealers. We really feel like Transwest at Grand Junction are a part of our extended family.

I feel this is important to note. We have taken our RV to Transwest RV in Grand Junction, CO for several of the Winnebago EKKO recalls over the last two years. Each time we have been treated very well and with much respect, even though we did not purchase our EKKO there. I would have to give the whole crew there a 10 of 10 starting from the phone call to make an appointment to the point where it’s time to pick up after service. Good for you Transwest RV Grand Junction, CO. You have gained a customer when it is time to trade in our EKKO for a new EKKO.

We live in SLC and were looking to buy a Winnebago EKKO RV. After talking with several dealerships, Transwest in Grand Junction, CO stood out with customer service and fair pricing. Our sales rep Adam Korte, was knowledgeable, professional, available to answer questions, and timely in responses. He went above and beyond in customer service, even picking us up at the airport to complete the purchase of our EKKO. In addition our tech AJ gave us a thorough walkthrough and was patient in the explaining of it. Kari was pleasant and knowledgeable when it came to closing on the purchase.
