First time going to this store. I did go a lot in my previous location. It was like coming home! Its a fun store with an amazing inventory of sports and fun items. Sign up for their email and specials. No need to pay retail. They have a good selection of shoes at good prices! Plus unique fun items.

Sales associate greeted today in friendly way. Lot of good prices on select items. Worth seeing what you can buy through Big 5 before going to spend more. Saving is smart, so B5SG is worth rolling through. Reviews sharing the idea they don't have plentiful and diverse stock must be by people only into needlepoint and crochet sports activities.

I decide to give them a second chance since they were rude to me last time I was here and guess what? They were closed when the posted hours said they should be open. I wanted to spend big on snowboarding gear, too. Never again

Always a win for me. With an everyday 10% military discount, outstanding "Daily Deals", and clearance prices you can't beat! Especially on the name brands I enjoy from UnderArmor, Columbia, Nike, Saucony, & so many others.

Silas was very helpful and patient. Very kind too. My husband and I found three pairs of shoes we were happy with.

People continue to tell me that there are more and more rude and unfriendly people in GJCT. I am thankful for everyone who works at this Big 5. Hands down they are professional, knowledgeable, about sports, with the friendly next-door neighbor vibes, and NOT the I work for a corporation, we are just numbers, what do you need to purchase today attitude. I can always find good deals, prices, with good vibes and friendly smiles when they see me.

Big 5 would be better Sans Francisco Unfortunately we were helped by Francisco who was already "clocked out" mentally for the day. Asked for a pair of shoes, he brought back not the right color of shoes. After practically throwing them at us before even checking to see if they were the right pair he quickly ran off. Went to the front again to ask for help with another pair of shoes, we were brought a box with 2 different shoes in it. Again, we were thrown the box of shoes and he quickly ran off. Can't blame Francisco for the box with 2 different shoes but maybe he could check? That he actually had what we were looking for? Have had better experiences in the past, will be attempting to do my shopping in the daytime in the future for mor experienced staff, if I go back at all. This is why people shop at Amazon.
