Flying J Travel Center

The gals working at night were very kind and they looked happy at their work! It was a great shower and coffee! It is great to see Flying J Associates, kidding and joking with each other and to see the smiles and hear laughter (instead of angery tones and dirty glazes toward each other) it made it pleasant to be there and comfortable to be able to smile and enjoy everyone's demenor and maybe show others what makes it a pleasant visit for us customerz

Rude lady… knock like crazy in a midnight and say to repark truck o she will call police and tow… there no was sigh of prime park o if it was , it was not visible (under snow…. Clean your park spots or make some signs…. And it was in a Christmas weekend that how we say thank you for drivers who work and on Christmas….when we bring money to truck stop we are welcome to pay x2 or x3 for food o something else… its disrespectful for all truck drivers…

Overall, a quiet clean place. Nice showers, easy parking. However, last night we incidentally parked in a "prime" spot despite the parking lot having multiple vacancies,, instead of working to secure payments they placed a notice on the vehicle that it would be towed and I was not alerted until the tow truck was already on the property. He said they knocked, but not loud enough for two dogs and multiple cats to notice. I’m sure they’ve had some people who were unwilling to pay or didn’t wanna leave, But I did not appreciate the attitude of their staff

I was there this evening and dealt with Bridget and Dawn and they were absolutely amazing and gave me wonderful and prompt service and had beautiful smiles to go with there awesome service put a smile on my face definitely need more people like them !!!!!

If I could, I will give them 0 but I will be nice and give them 1 I’m been waiting for more than an hour for someone to clean the shower but I guess they don’t have sufficient staff to do so ,anyway the waiting is not the issue here the problem is that I don’t know if the shower will be ready because I know nobody is doing it ,if you need a shower stop somewhere else. Don’t risk it in coming here thinking that you will have a nice shower it might not happen.everything else is ok

As a driver of over a decade, I appreciate the smaller spots that have decent amount of parking and HOT SHOWERS. At 0330 I went in to take a shower and everyone inside working was beyond nice, the shower was CLEAN, no black floors or walls, with a CLEAN shower curtain! These things mean a lot and I want to say thank you for having these ladies at night who give a shit that the showers are clean, as was the rest of the store. Coffee area, immaculate!

On our trip to Sheridan we planned to stay in Rapid City, but that Pilot was so dirty. We continued to this small town, Gillette, what a good decision! The Pilot is super cute, small, yes, but in the middle of everything! Walmart, Pizza Hut, Wendys, Walgreens, everything! 5 minutes walk, amazing! The showers don't have a toilet inside, but they are super clean and smell delicious! Love this weekend!
