Five Below

I have been searching for the squishmallow mystery, dumpling kit, jumbo, and everywhere I checked they were sold out. I called the Five Below in Forest Hills on Sunday 12:7 and spoke to a very pleasant and professional young man. His name was Steven. He told me call back tomorrow. We’re supposed to be getting a shipment. Sure enough I called and he told me that they just got eight in and that he would put aside whatever amount I needed. I told him just two. I told him that my niece would be coming by to buy them. He went out of his way to take care of me. Kudos to him. He is certainly a great asset to the Five Below team. 😊

Flat out rude. I went here 6 mins before closing and someone was standing at the door and wouldn’t let me in. I asked if I can go in since they aren’t closed at all and it was still 6 mins to 8. She asked management and they said no. I said I’d only be buying balloons since my daughters birthday is tomorrow and they refused. I was really kind about it and bummed because it was pouring and I was running around Austin trying to get my girl balloons for her day tomorrow that I wanted to surprise her with. Unfortunately I had to wait till after bedtime to get them so that she wouldn’t see them and I thought surely I’d be able to get into the store since it’s still technically open. I’m bummed at the customer service.

Rude employee that runs the store like a military making it feel unwelcoming, was there Sunday around 3pm, female straight dark hair acts like a manager lol but not sure. We were looking at a selection and she pushes by us saying excuse me harshly. After, my friend scares me and I Yelp not loudly and she tells out GUYS like we are children. Other than that clean store, good selection, the other employees great.

The best store and employees ever !! I have been in costumer service business and sales for over 25 years and this store is run perfectly. I love all the stores but today I really see how the employees go above and beyond. They are friendly, upbeat , professional.. the store was busy and the manager ( I’m pretty sure it was the manager) they were doing an amazing job handling everyone at once. the other staff member was helping a costumer with balloons as well as helping people at the register I’ll be back Monday to use my 10% coupon:)

Hi, I wanted to make a comment about your store. So I love shopping at your store. I always go there and I always get treated kind by the people that you have working at your store. But for some reason today someone at your store decided to treat me very rude just because I asked to use the bathroom mind me I had surgery about a week ago and imagine if there was parents in there with little kids that need to have their diapers changed or that really needed to use the bathroom. I really think that if you have a bathroom at your store people should be allowed to use it because what if it's an emergency you understand. There was no need for this person that works there to be rude to me. When I asked to use the bathroom and explain that the reason why I needed the bathroom is because I recently had surgery about a week ago and really needed it to use it. So there was no need for this person to be rude to me I understand that it is not your problems to no other people's situation, but I try to explain very kindly the situation so that they can understand why I needed the bathroom. but he was just rude In my job my boss teaches others that work for their company to treat others. Nice. No matter how rude the other person can treat you because that's what causes others to lose their job and my opinion this person did not give me the chance to speak. They just spoke to me very rudely and I did not like that

Terrible costumer service, the cashier don't even want to work unfortunately, I went there to buy some balloons and when I asked them to please blow the up one of the cashiers said that's was not possible because there was a car on the way to the tank, when the manager told her to move it she got upset and did it. 5 minutes later I get home and the balloon was half gone because she didn't tight it right so 5 dollars wasted on tha balloon 😒

Had a nice variety of toys. They also have T-shirts and posters from kpop demon hunters.
