Cool store, I love coming here with the kids. Something just isn't right about the workers though. They seem to be doing nothing or just unwell? They will sit around and talk while one guy is running around like a chicken with its head cut off. A very unbalanced work dynamic. Definitely will be doing more online shopping than in store at this location.

Very cool store. Tons of awesome stuff like many 90s stuff. Many backpacks from lounge fly- like a huge variety. Lots of Disney merchandise and cute baby clothes. Only disappointed that I drove out to get an item that said in stock at this location but they said that is incorrect. So call before you head out if looking for something in particular. This is located on 2nd floor by bath and body works.

I visited the Westfarms mall yesterday and stopped by BoxLunch to check out the various anime and Disney merch. They have a lot of very cute wearable items and various other merch. I believe children would also love a lot of the merch in this store as well. If you're in the mall, I would definitely check it out!

This store is absolutely amazing. Everything I love is in this store. I am a huge Mario fan and love cartoons. Also I was helped by this wonderful person. Her name is Kyla. She helped so much. She had a lot of knowledge about some of the things I was asking about. Also she was very friendly and kind. I wish more people that worked in customer service acted like her. Thanks again Kyla for the amazing experience ❤️🤍

I have to admit, I assumed this would be a Newbury Comics knock off - but I thought the selection was wonderfully curated, and the people working there were SO helpful - we sort of wandered in with a 1, 2, and 3 year old - the one guy directed us towards the things in their sizes, quickly pulled things down if anyone so much as glanced at them, and found matching things from the adult section. When he got the things we couldn’t reach down - he put all of the sizes on a rack we could reach and swapped them with sometime else so it was easy for us to pick them up ourselves. When he grabbed the adult stuff, he said - don’t worry if you don’t love that, just leave it there I can put it back - which was so thoughtful. I thought it was the best combination of salesmanship and consideration I’ve ever seen. Walking in it was just supposed to be browsing and a time sink, and we walked out with things we really liked. The other employees were sweet with the kids and knowledgeable about the things we were buying. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole concept as well - 1 meal for every $10 spent - so it was a fantastic experience. I don’t think I’ve ever even thought to write a review of a store in a mall but bravo Box Lunch!

I absolutely love shopping here! They always have a lot of merch and the staff seems to really like their job. The store is always clean and well organized too.
