In a world where everything is moving online, Barnes & Noble remains our favorite go-to spot. There’s no substitute for the experience of walking the aisles, discovering a new book by its cover, or picking out a toy in person. It’s more than just a store; it’s a community staple that I'm happy to keep supporting.

First time coming to this location. Nice Layout. Nice variety and selection of books. Has a starbucks and a very nice childrens section. Alot to look at, can be in here for hours. Came day after Christmas so nice sales. Clean, inviting.

Great atmosphere! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I called them on the phone asking for an obscure book, they located it and put it aside for me behind the desk without having to pay first over the phone. The co-located Starbucks makes the trip even more enjoyable. The kids section is a excellent and current. The games and toys section, is a nice added bonus for when I bring my children.

I love Barnes and Nobles. I’ve frequented so many locations. These are my top three: Glastonbury is my favorite for its layout, Holyoke is my favorite for its vastness, this location, Farmington, is becoming my favorite for its staff members. They are SO kind and personable. Shout out to Sarah, Sunny, and Jordan. For being inviting, helpful, and kind.

Haven't been to this Barnes and Noble in ages. I was totally surprised on how they really changed the layout. Plus they also sell vinyl records, CDs, DVDs, and BLU-RAY disks. I actually thought that I went back through a time machine!!! I still remember the Strawberry Music Store that was across the street!!!! Great 👍 Job!!!

Great store with huge selection. We were looking for a specific book that had been released 2 days ago and couldn't find it. Unfortunately the store was so busy with holiday shoppers that no one was available to help unless we waited 30 minutes in line.

Place hasn't changed since my first visit in the mid-90's, and that is not a bad thing. Blus and 4K's where the VHS used to be, that's about it. Excellent and helpful staff, very amusing and humoring. Been there a few times to witness some glorious customer service in the face to some real pieces of work.
