Walmart Supercenter

Honestly I will gladly drive across town to come to this store.Normally I come at 6am because frank works and honestly best associate ive ever talked to ...if im being honest that man deserves a raise always polite always makes sure whoever needs help does it no complaints and he is on top of his game...I love this store clean organized and usually when I ask for help no problems usually... I will not shop at 13th that store is so crappy 😫 10/10 for this particular store on cleanliness employees over all just a great store!

I am a frequent flyer at the Walmart at 55th Ave S Fargo. I go there for almost everything need for my house. I also order online many times as well. Most staff there are friendly & kind. I will say that when I order online, I've only had a couple of employees who cared enough to make sure that if an item wasn't available they cared enough to contact me to see what else I would like in replace of an item that was out. Delivery, gets interesting at times. One employee left after only dropping off some of my items. Had to call the store to see if/when I'd get my items. Pathetically, I saw the guy leave with my items sitting in his back seat. Other times I find my bread or buns underneath a gallon of milk, or underneath other bags. Yesterday in fact, I ordered online & waited for my things to be delivered, only to find that they had been without any notice. No doorbell. No knock on my door. Nothing. Other than a bag of buns flattened again by other heavy items. It gets a little annoying at times.

I loved going into this Walmart. A very clean store with friendly and helpful staff. I did have people helping me find things and they seemed really friendly and happy to assist me. I had my ESA animal with me and the staff seem to really like her a lot and made her feel welcomed. The selection of items I needed was plentiful and shelves were very well stocked. There is a Walmart that is closer to me but I will say it was worth the extra 15 minute drive. I will be shopping at this Walmart from now on.

I can’t say enough good things about this locations grocery pickup set up! The employees that work this department, shopping foe the groceries and bringing them to your car do an excellent job. Having this as a reliable option for our busy family is a life saver.

Place is clean and nice but be careful buying stuff they are still selling food that as a recall as well as stuff that was just thrown in a box and not wrapped I am not mad I am disappointed as I was really looking forward to my food

The bakery department does not answer their phone calls every single time. I been calling them for an hour now for the cake that I ordered for my daughter birthday and they refused to answer my calls. 😡 this is not my first time Ordering from them, this happened to me every single time I order from them, THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE CALLS.

Online ordering for pickup is horrible. Produce picked is rotten, has mold or items are past freshness dates or items are expired. The people that bag the items do not even catch it and bag rotten produce with other items cross contaminating. Tonight, they didnt even bag A fresh rotisserie chicken, and when I got home, the juice from the chicken and grease leaked all over my car from the bag the chicken was in The kitchen put it in. Pure laziness, and they are going to get somebody sick. File a complaint through Customer Service and it’s getting escalated to corporate. This is the fourth time I had to request refunds and it’s a complete inconvenience. Will not be doing any more online, ordering for pick up with this store, and recommend if you do pay attention. Even when you’re in the store shopping, you can see the pickers, sneezing, wiping their nose, touching all your food, coughing in their hands. It’s just disgusting altogether.
