Natural Grocers

Went in to pick up a few basics and ended up spending more time than planned, which isn’t a bad thing. The store was pretty clean and easy to walk around, even during a busy hour. Produce looked fresh and well stocked, and I liked that there were a lot of everyday brands along with some local items mixed in. Prices felt reasonable for most things, not the cheapest but not over the top either. Staff didn’t hover, but were helpful when I asked where something was. Checkout moved fairly quick.

I have never had a truly bad experience at this Natural Grocers, but today I was blown away. Changes have been made to the checkout area that make the process more efficient and I'm impressed. I can usually find what I'm looking for (and also things I didn't know I needed until I saw them, if I'm being honest) The prices are great, the selection is excellent, and the store is clean. I was treated with hospitality today by Karly who was efficient and personable. Hats off to this store and its manager!

I work nearby this store and a coworker had my 3 year old little girl outside in the vehicle while they waited for me to get off work. I got busy and it took a bit longer. We'll, my 3 year old wakes up in a panic and just had to go potty. So they walk into the store and my daughter is obviously uncomfortable with her urgency to get to the rest room and my coworker asks the actual manager who was in a front office if the baby can use the bathroom and it's an emergency! This female manager actually said no, it was for employees only! My daughter then started to cry knowing she couldn't hold it anymore, once again ny coworker begged for just this exception. The manager stood on her rule and denied my potty trained little girl the privilege of using the bathroom! Needless to say a few minutes lady i saw both ny daughter and coworker slowly walking into my job. My daughter's head down in embarrassment and I was confused at why she look so ashamed. Shortly after I heard her crying as my coworker helped her clean herself up. This happened last week and I had to wait until now to even write a review because I have been absolutely livid with this! It took all i had not to go into that store that same day! Its not like my 3 year old was some crazy homeless bus stop roamer like those you probably have that rule for in the first place. But even still, who are you to dictate someone's right to use the restroom anyway!!

This store is wonderful as you walk through the door you are hit in the face with a natural store aroma. If you are looking for healthy food at a great price compared to other stores this place is great! It has so many different options for gluten free, soy free, or dairy free. Also be sure to download the app the get some savings while shopping.

This is one of the best Natural Food stores I have we ever shopped at. This is still a family run corporation. The staff are very knowledgeable and there is an amazing selection of gluten free and dairy free options. They also have a great selection of local organic foods. I didn't realize that they are a strong national chain of natural grocers. I definitely recommend this place!!

This is my favorite natural grocery store in the area.. maybe the only one 💁🏾‍♀️ I lived in Chicago and shopped at Trader Joe's and whole foods.. this is the closest thing to those! I purchase all of my natural vitamins and products from here!

Totally love all of the different herbal offerings, price is a little steep on some things. We go here all the time for organic soap, chapstick etc that you can't find elsewhere!
