Went into the store to buy an item and had two stackable $5 rewards, as well as a 30% off coupon (that was also stackable with the $5 rewards per the T&C’s) to use as well. employee named Rochelle was absolutely rude and atrocious while I remained kind throughout the entire transaction. To start off, she only added one of my $5 rewards after applying the 30% off and after sighing and rolling her eyes cause i got a discount. I made her aware that I had two $5 rewards on my account that I wanted to use and she said "jesus christ" under her breath but i was still able to hear it. I get hot topic employees are typically emo and edgy and all of the above but is there a reason you need to be saying jesus christ because i want to use my two $5 rewards that are, again, STACKABLE. I wasn’t cheating any system like she also claimed I was. Will shop for my Stranger Things Merch and Funko Pops from Target and Amazon from now on. Way to customer service lady! ✌️

Today I was there at around 3:30, and the person who checked me out was just the sweetest! I would have to say they were my favorite employee that helped me! I picked out earrings that happened to be damaged and they immediately offered a discount and made my experience so enjoyable! This hot topic had by far the best customer service every time! But this person went above and beyond!

We stopped in before leaving the mall today. The service was good. Staff greeted us with a smile, and asked if we needed help finding anything. The environment was clean, and easy to navigate. The merchandise is SO cool! We ended up buying 3 shirts, and a hat that unfortunately doesn't fit us because it's too small. It looked really cute though... Couldn't resist. We will definitely stop by again sometime to give our wardrobe an upgrade. Thanks for the great service, and keep up the good work.

My mom and grandmother went to the store at the end of September, and they all have so many amazing things about the store manager! I sent them in with a list of shows and movies and she just knew exactly what to look for and was so extremely helpful when answering questions and overall made their experience even better! They won’t stop praising her! So huge thank you to her!!!

Promotes mental health issues,very dark and uncomfortable atmosphere. Not good for anybody including teens

Their selection has gotten smaller since I last visited the physical location in West Acres Mall; which was probably in 2019. It still has a good variety of clothing that you would expect from Hot Topic but I was disappointed in the selection. Prices are reasonable. Customer service was good. My bonus daughter found what she was looking for and got enough off her purchase to get another Tshirt so she was happy!
