Family Fare Supermarket

I stopped in recently to pick up a few groceries and had an overall decent experience. The store was clean and organized, and I was able to find most of what I needed without much trouble. The produce section looked fresh, and the aisles were easy to navigate. Prices were about average compared to other local stores. Checkout took a little longer than expected since only a couple of lanes were open, but the cashier was friendly and polite. Overall, it was a pretty standard shopping trip — nothing exceptional, but no major complaints either.

I’ve been going to Family Fare about 3 times a week for 3 years. All of the sudden two employees have been harassing me every time I come in there. I always use the self checkout because I’m trying to get in and out. Their employees are too slow and they always forget to ask me if I have rewards so I use the self checkout. There’s two older women who oversee the self checkout. One has asked to see my receipt the last three times I’ve seen her there. She thinks I didn’t scan all of my items even though I tell her EVERY time that I did. She checks my receipt then checks every item in my bags. Every single time she’s been wrong in thinking that I haven’t scanned all my items. This is so annoying and such a waste of my time. If that isn’t enough there is another older woman who literally hovers over me and makes sure that I scan every item even if there are other people in the self checkout she is only focused on me. This is also really annoying. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is ridiculous. The other day I was in line for the self checkout and a man walked out with a whole cart full of groceries that he didn’t pay for. I went to scan my groceries and his balance of over $100 was still on the screen. I didn’t say anything because after the way their employees have treated me I think they deserve it. I’m not shopping there anymore. It might be part of their job to make sure people aren’t stealing, but when you are singling out the same person over and over that is called harassment.

Tiffany assisted me in checking out my items. Our interaction made my entire day she was so hopeful, kind, and polite to every customer including myself. She was wonderful thank you Tiffany!!

I like Family fare supermarket, some days can kind of go left if there's these two certain people working, other than that I love it and it's convenient right across the street from my house

Nice place, more expensive than competition, seems very outdated. Linson pharmacy is located inside Family Fare and that is the reason I go there.

Got home after buying a bag of pig ears for my dog opened up the bag and they had green mold spots on them after returning the product I purchased a bottle of our family brand honey got home and lone behold the seal was open and had been tampered with needless too say I threw it away and will now only go too hornbachers down on 32ave it was a cheap bottle of honey im not wasting my time returning it but will let everyone know on here my experience
