Comic Junction

So glad I stopped in this shop. I was able to get all my NCBD pulls for the week here and found some sweet back issues. Kip (the owner) was so kind. He had pulled some stuff for me before I got there (Sorry I was so late).

I was just here and visited with Kip, the business owner, for a bit about all sorts of books and anime culture too. He was super informative, helpful, and friendly! I bought a few books, including old Mickey Mouse comics, a Star Wars cookbook for kids, and a sticker book of older style Marvel characters. I very much recommend this place for anyone into anime, manga, American comics, Disney books, My Little Pony, and so much more. Kip was so knowledgeable about everything and very willing to chat. I'm sure he could answer most questions in regards to nerd culture.

Best place in the region to get comics and manga and anything pop culture related. They have anime manga comic books and fantasy related reading material to toys figures and board games to imported snacks from Asia. If you are looking for a physical copy or version of it, Comic Junction has it. The comic selection is superb as they get new releases every Wednesday and have copies and back copies that go back to the 70s and 80s for both Marvel and DC and independent publishers. The toy and figure selection has DC, Marvel, fantasy, and movie characters, and of there's one you want they can order it for you.

The store along with the owner was nice and had a variety. They are also doing a sale of 20% off all item that isn't in the front at the time of posting. I recommend everyone should stop by and take look.

Such a fun place, a hidden gem here in Fargo. Our daughter goes there all the time. Comics to manga, they even have fun snacks. Go check it out.

Let your inner nerd come out by visiting Comic Junction- cuz boy did mine! Comics upon comics upon comics. This is what you see once you find and walk into the store. You have to go inside and up a set of stairs, then down the hall to Comic Junction’s suite. It’s very low grade and nothing at all fabulous so it’s easy to feel like you’re in the wrong place. But what Comic Junction lacks in visual appeal it makes up for in the many different comics and knick knacks it sells, and the super sweet owner. He is totally a big comic nerd and it was awesome. I had so much fun looking through everything and chatting with him about some different issues and hero’s and such. He really lights up when you start talking comics- you can just see how much he loves everything comics and his passion and enthusiasm for what he does. He’s in the right business, that’s for sure. And definitely check out the extremely special edition comics he keeps behind the register- sooo uber cool. Like I said, my inner nerd really showed out here. One last thing he mentioned is that Comic Junction does no kind of advertising— the customer base is all by word-of-mouth, so consider me spreading the word to go support him!! For the love of comics!

Amazing shop, if a little cluttered. I have found some absolute gems on the shelves over the years though, it's a collector's dream. The owner is always helpful and very knowledgeable.
