This has to be the worst Costcos ever. Checked on tires 4 times and each time promised they would be checking for them. No follow up calls before showing up. Taylor was very nice but she does very poorly with follow up calls. She basically knows me by name since this is my 4th time coming to the store. I had an appointment today and no one called me that my tires were not here. I asked for a refund. Will skate around on my current tires until weather breaks. I would not recommend for tire service AT ALL. Save yourself time.

The staff is always friendly. Prices are good and a great selection of products. Produce has been lacking the past couple years with tomatoes and cucumbers going moldy in the fridge two days after purchase. Tire center could use some work. I scheduled a tire mount at 2 and they told me it would be a couple hours so I took my time to shop. Came back two hours later and my car still wasn’t serviced and they said it would be another two hours, so I took my tires and left.

The food court floor was filthy. It was littered with food scraps and paper napkins. The hot dog bread was dry.

I rarely get a slice of pepperoni pizza from Costco, but it’s my Saturday—so a little junk food felt fine. 🍕 While waiting, I noticed the worker making and serving food was wearing nitrile gloves but didn’t change them and didn’t use hand-wash gel the whole 10 minutes I stood there. She touched the receipt machine, papers, counter, paper bags, even her uniform… then grabbed and sliced an entire bake with the same gloves, handled the edge of the pizza, and kept opening and closing the pizza warmer door. Repeat. I hesitated to take it but did. I thought about mentioning it, but it’s really management’s job. She was probably just working hard and not realizing what that can do. In medicine and food service, things have already improved a lot since the pandemic. I believe we’re better than before—but reminders still matter. Part of why COVID spread so fast and wide was because of how careless we once were with basics. Two of the most important mantras to prevent sickness are still the same: wash your hands, and wear a mask if you’re sick. Golden basics. And sure, some would say, "Come on, you’re being too picky—it’s just a $1.99 slice of pizza, what did you expect?" You’re probably right—I won’t get sick from it, I’m young and healthy. But that’s not the point. It’s the small things, over and over, that add up and become bigger issues. That’s exactly where we slip: the basics only work when we actually practice them.

The tire installation was good price and easy, but that is where the positive ended for us. We purchased tires online and scheduled the apt, before when we dropped off the car we were told 2 hours which was fine. At two hours we came back and they hadn't even started yet. They should be upfront and realistic about wait times, and people can plan accordingly. We ended being there for 4 hours. The only reason we used costco was that we could make an appointment but that was useless also. There was another customer who had a later appointment than ours but showed up 30 min early (at our appointment time) and he was done first, if your going to take appointments then u should pull cars in order by apt time not when they show up.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ms. Giovanna, the Marketing Supervisor at this location, because she truly deserves recognition. After having a terrible experience at the AT&T kiosk — where the associate was rude, dismissive, and more focused on commission than helping me resolve an issue — I went to the customer service desk to file a complaint. That’s when I met Giovanna, and I’ve never felt so heard. She was incredibly attentive, took my concern seriously, and immediately provided a real solution by notifying the manager and giving me the correct contact number instead of a generic one. As someone who works in the industry, I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism and empathy

Whoever did my snow tires on my car spoke into my dash camera talking about „door bushings, it’s not a request it’s a REQUIREMENT… DOOR BUSHINGS". Just know my camera has audio, and it’s not door bushings, it’s called a door pin. But that’s why you’re a tire tech and not an actual mechanic. ❤️😘 plzzz show him this thanks
