FYE (For Your Entertainment)

My nephew took me here. What a wacky store. First time in. I enjoyed myself. My nephew is running around pointing things out to me. He bought some South of the Border some-kind-of-Grape-Soda. It was on sale half priced at Two Bucks. Goofy socks here. I like it. Very friendly and professional cashier young lady helped. She seemed to be having as much fun as the store was having.

Cashiers signed me up for FYE VIP without asking and you have to call to cancel it or get charged each month. Super annoying and scammy.

The staff here is really friendly, they offer a variety of novelty items some at decent prices and others overpriced. I really loved their selection of records and funkos. The checkout process was quick and cashier was friendly.

Scammer!!!!! Don’t sigh up for the fye member ship going to my bank to get a new card tomrrow The lady At the calendar told me if I download the app I can just cancel it through the app wrong you have to email them and wait 5 to 7 business days or call them on the phone which it’s impossible to get a hold of that scammer company and then when you download FYE app it’s a 1 star with everyone in the comments saying that their card was overcharged a bunch of money for no reason

I recently visited FYE with a friend who was looking for Sunny Angels. She asked the worker, who had green/blue hair and glasses, if they had any in stock. The worker’s response was extremely unprofessional—she screamed 'No' and then started complaining to her coworker, suggesting they should put up a sign to stop people from asking. To make matters worse, she was eating behind the counter while handling customers. It was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend giving your money to a store that treats customers this way.

When I was walking into the FYE store with my sister at around 12:30 2/23/25 these two staff members in the counter we laughing about a customer. It was disgusting that their behavior about how they described the customer to be disabled and the fact that they made fun of how they didn't want the gentleman's saliva on the merchandise. one worker had green hair with glasses and the other was a brunette. their laugh and gossip were so loud . I can't believe how unafraid they were to say something so horrible about a customer to bunch of other costumers. I will never go back their again if this is the type of people you higher. 😡

Thought the store was cool with the variety of things in it. But was signed up for the VIP membership, and apparently magazines. About nine months or so after 'signing up' we were starting to be charged the $11.99 out of nowhere, after cancelling that we start getting charges from a DIFFERENT retailer for magazine subscription for $18.00. Not worth the few cool knick-knacks that they have to be signed up for something that you never receive. Was a pain to cancel it all as well, trying to find out where the charges were coming from.
