Small selection but the donuts are always fresh and delicious. Service is fast and everyone is polite.

Going to HK has been a family camping tradition since I was 13 and now we take my kids there when we go camping! Always a treat to get donuts and hot chocolate once while we are visiting my mom. The service is excellent and you need to get there before 9am to get the best donuts.

Excellent donuts!!! Along with the cinnamon roll!! And only $1 each!! Def worth $2 each! How can anyone complain about the size, that’s cheap and taste great! I’m so glad they were open on a Tuesday and had an excellent variety and wasn’t out of anything at 10:15am. Complainers are gonna complain. Haters gonna hate. But this place is great! Loved the low prices!! But worth a whole lot more than $1

Every time I visit Girard pa. I have to stop at H & K, because who doesn't love fresh donuts on a Saturday morning.

H&K has been my go-to donut spot, but something recently must have changed. The taste remains mostly the same, but the size and texture of the donuts are different. Today's donuts were a fraction the size they were only a couple of months ago. It's a bit disheartening since I don't like the donuts from anywhere else locally.

The BEST doughnut shop EVER. Do not miss this place. A true mom & pop gem in the heart of Erie and the owners are lovely humans. I have lived in NYC, Brooklyn, San Francisco, and Denver and have never been able to find a doughnut shop that compares. My grandparents had a cottage on Lake Erie which I have visited from childhood and still do now, and this is the number one business I look forward to frequenting every year. The cake is baked to perfection, icing is just the right amount of sweet, the eclairs have cream that is to die for! The business is clean, the owners are friendly and always treat your kids so sweetly with a donut hole in line, and the locals sitting at the bar for coffee reading the actual newspapers warm your heart. It’s okay to love Erie!
