I have a disabled child an be needing the disability cart that’s all the way in the back behind all these shopping carts. I think it’s very inconvenient everytime it comes for me to grab it, I have to either tug an pull all these carts out the way while holding my child or go find someone to ask them to call someone to help which takes an extra 5-10 minutes depending on how busy the store is or how many workers are on staff. It would be very convenient to find a better place to put the cart where it’s quick accessible. I asked the lady manger on staff today at 7a 1/19/26 if they could move it but they said it has to be right there which I don’t understand why.
Kroger offers a consistently smooth shopping experience with a great selection of fresh produce, bakery items, and everyday essentials. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Their digital coupons and rewards program make saving money simple, and the staff are always friendly and willing to help. A reliable choice for convenient and quality grocery shopping!
This is the worst Kroger I’ve ever been to in my life. Every night at 9 PM, your management blocks the inbound door with a massive sign, creating a public safety issue. You harass customers that come in after 9:15 PM. Your store stock is always disorganized, and your staff lacks even the basic level of common sense you would expect in a person. My final straw was when I was leaving the store in the vestibule, and one of your staff was vacuuming. As I was trying to walk out the door, she kept aiming the vacuum at me and almost tripped me until I screamed at her. I have never had to raise my voice in my life to any store worker in my life, and I didn’t want to begin today. Clean your management up, start caring, and I may return in the future.
GOOD Lord!!!! Poorly staffed and empty shelves. One lane open and self scan. Kroger is not the company it used to be. Also, this location needs serious change. Customer service matters!
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this grocery store today was disappointing from start to finish. The aisles were cluttered with restocking carts that no one seemed to actually be using, making it hard to get around. Several of the shelves were empty, and the produce section looked like everything had been picked over days ago — bruised apples, wilted lettuce, and strawberries that were already starting to mold.
I was just in there and saw 2 employees handle a difficult situation with nothing but professionalism and respect. A gentleman was demanding that he get a deal he had already gotten and was one per customer. After verbally assaulting Gina (the employee at the uscan), he tried to snatch said product out of her hand. She calmly explained that he already got the deal and she couldn’t give it to him again. He went to numerous other employees trying to get around her. They all told him the same thing. Growing frustrated, he twice told Gina he was "going to beat her up". At this point, her manager Josie showed up, I explained that he had verbally assaulted her and threatened physical violence, and she very calmly but firmly told him "if you’re threatening my staff, I need you to leave. Now". He was impossible to deal with and I was scared for them. But they were so professional and kept their cool. Well done, ladies!
One guy slicing lunch meat FOR the deli counter..... no one actually working THE deli counter. When my wife asked for something he said there was no one and he couldn't do both jobs so she was out of luck ..... got in the car and went down the road to Meijer. Service, or lack there of, is just abysmal anymore.... done with this place.
