POP MART

It might not seem busy inside but there was a line to get inside! Please be aware they only let a few people inside and there is someone controlling the crowd. Inside there's an area for a line and once a purchase it's made they stamp on the receipt a final sale. They have a good amount of sets! Clean and helpful staff throughout the store.

I was really hoping there would be more labubus! Many were order online and pickup at store - I was only visiting. There was a large variety of figurines available. I enjoyed looking through the store!

Since someone in my family is a Labubu addict, we made a stop at this Pop Mart store. Their inventory was massive and full of variety—most of the items I had only seen online. Honestly, many of the figurines and sets were completely new to me. They even had large window-front display pieces for sale—if you’re willing to spend around $1,200! We left the store totally awed and impressed. Looks like visiting Pop Mart locations might become a new tradition for us whenever we travel.

An average store with nothing particularly special. Most of the toys look quite old and give the impression of leftover, unsold stock. Even the highly sought-after "Labubu" didn’t stand out or feel exciting.

I was looking for a gift for a friend's daughter for her birthday and was reccomended this store. I tried shopping but it was literally too cold to browse for a good gift. Giant space heaters blocked the aisles causing bottlenecks. Moving through there was just too cold and uncomfortable so I went to the nearby Ulta and just brought a gift card instead. Their corporate manager should be embarrassed to let their store stay in that state during the holidays in Chicago. Just... shameful.

My experience was actually great! Everyone was super friendly and still picked up several cute things, even if Labubu is mostly out of stock. Stop in if you are in town!

Stopped into this Pop Mart location for the first time for my in-store pickup order. I’m glad that my experience was not like they other reviews, it very pleasant and chill. The staff was very polite and cheerful. It was a very smooth pickup too! The worker scanned my QR code, she went to the back for a few mins, and came back with my order. Definitely recommend others to come visit this location, hopefully they have the same overall good experience as I did
