Walked in but didn't get any type of acknowledgement from the girl with the purple/reddish hair or the other girl that was there with her, but others got a cheery greeting AND "have a good day!" Not much selection and ridiculous prices. $16/$18 for a Chimmy hair scrunchie, that's insane. $10 for a small plastic tote bag. $36 for a 6" plush....I could purchase a full size plush for that price. MINISO is way better: with prices and customer service.

I've been here mutilple times, they always have plenty of merch, its cute and all that. BUT today I was there between 10-11 am and the music was SO loud. Im talking walls were vibrating kind of loud. I literally never make 'negative' reviews unless I deem absolutely nessary. It was so loud I wouldve thought burno mars was singing live in the store. I left the store with a headache. I couldnt even hear the cashier, please just turn down the music

Maybe my hopes were too high for this store but it wasn't anything like I thought it would be. Such a small store, vibes were so off, the workers didn't greet us, very quiet, the photo machine was broken. No wonder there were no people in there. Do yourself the favor, just get merch online if you really want it: it's only limited to like 3 groups anyway - and skip the store. We walked so long just for this and was very disappointed

Very small tiny store with the leftover new jeans pop up merch. As well as small sanrio and cute snacks. They also have a popular photobooth from life4cuts with many props to try on🩷⭐️

not super busy! not a very big selection of merch when i went, but it was during a concert, so i assume they normally have a lot of stock!

Great line friends and sanrio selection, reasonable priced photobooth! There was also some leftover skz dominate japan merch

They have lots of good stuff and it’s priced fairly! Everything is official and the staff were polite and helpful. A must see for any kpop fan 🙂
