Absolutely the best Service Ever. When I found the Camper I wanted, they took my trade and gave me what I wanted. Took new camper back for a couple of small issues and with no questions asked they fixed everything. New 42ft 5th Wheel and we couldn’t be Happier.

Steve in sales is really great! This was my first time looking to finance a RV and he walked me through the whole process so I could understand. He was very knowledgeable about different models and matched my needs to a great RV. Zero pressure from him, I felt more like I was talking to a friend! I absolutely suggest calling him, they have so many options and models. He will take good care of your family.

Good customer service. They care about people. Small RV centers provide the best customer service and respond to the needs and questions. The best PDI we have ever had buying RV trailers and motorhome.

Awesome buying experience. Not pushy and very knowledgeable. Service center got camper ready and even fixed a bunch of factory issues like sealing up a potentially problematic window I had my eye on. Didn't even have to ask!

We purchased a used RV from Joel earlier this year for me to live in, due to health issues i had to sell my home. He told us it had a new roof which was not true it was newly caulked. Then he told us it had a new awning and first time we rolled it out it was full of holes and had mold. I called him again and he said I meant to say the pull out metal parts were new. He offered to replace the tarp and then little while later he text me and said we had to pay but he would give us a lower price. Again he lied we found a sticker on the roller bar that had date of 2007 (same year as the RV.) Tech came out twice to fix the refrigerator door and I still have to pry it open with a screwdriver. And also no temp control so everything freezes in the refrigerator. They say everything is checked before delivery which is not true. Toilet leaked and water heater was broke which they did come out and fix that. We liked Joel and the guy who came out a couple times to fix things but all the things that happened after the sale were very disappointing. To people interested in older models check all that kind of stuff out before payment and delivery. It's to bad this all happened we liked them and thought they would treat us good. I wasn't going to leave a review but I feel like people looking for used units need to do their due diligence to check out used units well.
