KPOP and Hello Cuties

My daughter bought a BTS character surprise product at this store and she was very shocked and disappointed. The doll doesn’t look like any of the ones on the package. I understand that there could be some slight difference in colors, but the quality is so bad and the paint is already peeling off. I’m not sure where they’re sourcing these products from, but this was a very disappointing purchase for her. She is very heartbroken and feels as though she was scammed.

I love this place! The first time in here I was so psyched out that they had Rose's new album on CD. I bought it immediately! I love how I also got an extra 30% off Because I paid with cash. Definitely recommend bringing cash to shop here!

I was here last week and I had the most AMAZING experience. I came in here… knowing nothing about K-pop but was intrigued to know more. I met a cashier, if I remember correctly, her name was Leah. She was THE NICEST CASHIER and helped me through my purchases. I am now a KPOP stan of the sorts. Thank you Leah

Went and bought a couple of albums today, there was a discount and I got a cute freebie. The cashier was also super nice 🙂

Super rude customer service. Was planning on getting a lot of things but the one lady that was there was super rude and definitely did not appreciate her making rude face expressions and definitely felt profiled, the guy who was there ended up ringing me up since she chose not to do it. Definitely not coming back to this location ever again I felt so uncomfortable. Date of visit 5/10.
