I brought in a flute to be fixed.They sent it back to me and said it was fixed when my granddaughter tried to play it everything above the c note did not work.I took it right back, and they tried to charge an additional amount of a $101 after I spoke to somebody there. They knocked it down to 75, which we should not have paid. Because they never fixed it in the first place. I will never use this place again.

I had an absolutely amazing first experience visiting Educators Music! Jeremiah, the staff member who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. The instructor, Mr. Karen, was nothing short of fantastic. I was thoroughly impressed with her expertise and teaching style, she made my kids comfortable and before we left my kid played a song on her own. We can’t wait for our next session.

Educators Music has got to be the best place with the best prices in SW Florida ! I've been purchasing guitar equipment form Educators for over 20 years now. I've never had any problems and if I did, Educators Music fixed the problem in a timely fashion with a professional business type attitude and approach. They also rent and service school instruments. In fact, they provide lessons for instruments of all kinds. Educators Music has also opened a coffee and pastry cafe that connects to the music store. Its a great place for parents that may want a cup of coffee while waiting for their child to finish up a music lesson. The cafe features open mic nights and jam nights that accommodates people of all ages. I highly recommend Educators Music for any of your musical needs!

Went in to get my instruments restrung, I was originally told it’s would be at least 10 days since owner was on vacation. I said that fine. I call back 3 weeks later and asked for a status update. I was told that they haven’t looked at my instruments yet and will need more time to order the strings. I call back 2 weeks later. (5 weeks already at the store for a simple restring) and they state that it will take longer since the parts are on back order. I ask to speak to the owner and the worker stated he’s not available and hard to reach. I waited yet another 2 weeks for a call from the owner. 7 weeks later I call and tell them that I’m tired of waiting for a simple service, that I’m going over there to pick up my unserviced instruments and taking my business elsewhere. The worker then states that they have worked my violin and my cello strings should be in store in 3 days. I said okay. They had my instruments for 4 months. I walk in and tell them I want my stuff . Lo-and behold nothing was worked on, and the employee says nothing but sorry we are on back order. In what world does it take 4-5 months for strings to come in?!

I had originally called ahead before heading over to pick up a cord from my acoustic electric guitar. Jeremiah answered the phone When I showed up, Jeremiah asked, "are you the one I just spoke to on the phone?" Of course, I responded yes. My daughter has taken a strong interest in learning how to play the guitar, so while I had him on the phone, I had asked him about an acoustic guitar That would be a good starter for my daughter. After walking in and greeting Jeremiah, He showed me a couple aoustic guitars, which were really nice, but I ended up walking out there with a package for a electric guitar, a squire by fender that included the amplifier, the chord, the guitar strap, and a guitar case, along with some other accessories, at such an AMAZING price. He knew that my daughter was just starting out really good insight on helping me choose a guitar for my daughter. I really appreciated that. His customer service skills were, displayed that he cared about what I was looking for, and didn’t try me on sell me on something that I didn’t need. The smile on my daughter’s face was priceless. Thank you Jeremiah, and thank you Educators Music for making that possible. Truly means the world to me and we will be back soon to purchase our new drum set.

What can I say about this place ? I called told them I needed my tone pot replaced and 3 way switch they told me it would be about 3 days if they didn't have to order the parts and about a week if they did have to order the parts. So after a week went by I called to check on the status and the woman told me it wasn't ready yet and that it hadn't even been looked at yet that it would be at least 3 weeks before it was done. I told her the woman I originally talked to said 3 days to a week she then told me that noone told me that and they wouldn't tell me that because repairs were at least 3 weeks out even though my 14 y/o daughter was standing right there with me and heard the same conversation.. these people are liars to say the least they will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in the door.. I have since taken the guitar to guitar center and they fixed it while I waited 45 mins later the guitar was done and I was happy ! STAY FAR AWAY FROM EDUCATORS THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIARS !!

I couldn’t believe the horrific experience my family had at this place would not recommend. Terrible management and employees. One of employees called my mom a racial slur and everyone just laughed when she asked for a manager. They also made fun of her vehicle to her face . All of this unprovoked, It’s sad what kind of people still can run a business. If you are a p.o.c don’t step foot here .
