CVS Pharmacy

Terrible pharmacy! Horrible attitudes and deny prescriptions from Dr without an explanation. Long wait times and can’t get anyone on the phone have to come into the store to even talk to someone

I had three different pharmacists tell me three different things and made me drive 15 min to pick up a script 3 different days. In the end my Dr was so furious with their inability to do their job and their constant requests for the same script over and over that he said he will never work with that CVS and I'm happy to oblige, rudest staff and the lines are incredibly long. Also don't expect to get your script after your text alert saying it's filled I won't be ready and they will complain that 25 ppl are ahead of you I ended up waiting 2 hours

I went in to update my vaccines yesterday. The young lady who administered them did an excellent job!

No one was up front went to pharmacy to ask where was ups at lady gave me an evil look as if I was bothering her went up front and a guy finally was there and said he can’t take my package they don’t print labels waste of time going there

Very helpful clerk (Rhonda) today. She went the extra mile to look for an item for me.

If you need to speak with a pharmacist from CVS, forget about it. You can only leave a phone message which isn’t helpful since they do not call you back. If you have the CVS app, you cannot discontinue or delete past medications, you’ll only have the option to hide no longer used or prescribed meds. CVS will continue to call the past prescriber(s) for those deleted medication’s, which really pisses off the doctors that you no longer see. It’s horrible customer service. I will be transferring my prescriptions for this reason.

Easy to find. Easy in & out. Well stocked, clean, and neat location. The staff was helpful & friendly. If you're familiar with CVS, this is as good as a location gets. AAA+++ (My highest rating)
