I love the pick up options that are available. It’s nice to be able to park in a spot and have an employee bring out the purchase. I’ve never waited over 5 minutes for someone to bring my purchase to the car. If the item I purchased is out of stock, I get an email letting me know my other options. If I choose shipping, I am not charged for shipping (even if the purchase is less than 35 dollars). It’s a plus for me that I can grab Starbucks at this location, too. I’ve used their optometry department to purchase several pairs of glasses for myself and for my family over the years. Everyone was so nice and patient. When I go back for adjustments for my glasses, everyone is nice. I enjoy the selection of glasses, and the selection changes to offer variety.

Stopped in to the Camarillo Target store today to pick up Laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets and drinking water. The store was clean and values were good as was the customer service. We found everything we needed and recommend the store as it has a nice grocery section as well.

I hate to leave a bad review, but this upset me enough to the point of leaving one. The phone service at this store was terrible in my experience. Not a single department picked up. I called guest services multiple times for over an hour about my missing backpack/wallet. They finally picked up but it must’ve been a pocket dial or something because they did not respond. I could hear people talking in the background for about fifteen minutes. When the person finally realized, they hung up on me. I called again, they picked up, pressed a few buttons on the number pad and hung up again. I don’t live in the area and couldn’t just drive to the store to ask. It was very frustrating.

I placed a drive up pick up order hoping it would be ready to pick up in 2 hours. I asked my sister to pick up after she got off work (she works in Cam). My sister waited 30mins passed the 2 hour mark and still never received an email or notification it was ever ready. I also called the store 5 times and never got through to anyone. The phone just rang and rang and rang. This was my first and last time ordering at this location because I thought it was convenient for my sister to pick up after work but it turned out to be a huge inconvenience.

This location allows disrespectful paid signature gatherers. The guy stepped in front of my husband and I with his hand out to stop us from going inside until we heard him out. We spoke to what I believe was a lead staff member of target and she said they have been getting a lot of complaints and had the police called but the police said there is nothing they could do. I find this hard to believe that people who are harassing customers can not be removed from the premises and it states on the target website that Target does not allow signature gatherers outside their stores. Normally a considerate solicitor/signature gatherer is no problem but we watched these guys basically follow the customers inside and when ppl said no they kept pushing and laughing. If there was someone else outside causing problems they would be removed without a second thought, I have seen it happen at this location. I do think the staff hates this too so corporate needs to contact the mall owners to be able to give the right for police to remove solicitors/signature gatherers.

This Target sucks. Employees wander around like zombies and refuse to help. Carts strewn all over the parking lot blocking traffic. Inside of the store is a filthy mess and the checkers are slow leading to large lines.

Shopping at this target feels like Shopping at Walmart. The lines are always long, there's never more than 3 cashiers (only one this trip). The isles are always dirty. Looks like Black Friday everyday. However, the customer service is always great. Not sure where the disconnect is, probably a management issue. Or covid🤷🏽‍♂️
