I ordered a record from the online store earlier this month. Delivery arrived fast. The vinyl showed slight damage on arrival. The shop responded quickly to my emails and stayed cooperative and apologetic throughout the process. Customer service felt respectful and responsive. Packaging arrived secure and well done. The damage appeared related to mailing issues rather than store handling. Overall experience still felt positive. This shop runs as a solid small business with strong customer support. I plan to order again and give another chance.

I finally gave in to the siren song of vinyl back in October, and South Metro Music has done absolutely nothing to stop this spiraling addiction. In fact, they’re basically my enablers. They keep stocking ridiculously good used and new albums, and my so‑called "adult money" is sprinting out of my wallet every time I walk through the door. Every employee I’ve talked to has been awesome—like, suspiciously awesome. At this point I’m convinced they’re all in on a coordinated plot to drain my bank account one pristine record at a time. Keep being awesome South Metro Music!

Best record shop in the metro area! Seriously, believe every review you read! This is the best! When I got in my car to go to a different record shop I saw there was a wicked traffic jam, so I decided to go here instead since Google said it was closer. I am so thankful for that traffic jam because this store literally had EVERYTHING I was looking for. Since I’m a teacher, I needed some family friendly records to play in my class and they had a GREAT selection. For myself my taste is everywhere from metal, jazz, classical, etc. I literally found so much records for the best price in each genre. My fiancé and I will totally be coming back because we saw some records we wanted, but we already bought so much!
