I went in looking for some TRON merchandise that had just come out, and subsequently sold-out online within hours. Madison helped me find what I was looking for, digging through boxes, checking the stock in the back, and she even offered to call me when my size became available! She was beyond helpful and kind! I couldn't have asked for better customer service! Definitely a gem of a store in the Boise Mall! I will be shopping here again very soon! Thank you so much!!!

I had trouble finding somewhere to write a review on the official website, so I'm writing a review here. Going to BoxLunch is always such a fun experience. The environment is always clean and everything is set up beautifully, and the customer service is great. Madison and Lui really went above and beyond when I was in there and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and they made good conversation.

It was really nice the staff i would say are a little shy but overall good experience and going just what i was looking for except i wish they had other numbers and the track suit pants too

The best place to find merch for all your favorite franchises. Very cramped in the store, but worth worming your way through it. One of the only places I’ve found coraline merch consistently. I’ve even found regular show merchandise! 10/10 would recommend.
