BoxLunch

I went in yesterday to just look to see the variety of Nightmare Before Christmas, this boxlunch had, without a plan to get anything. I had said that i was just looking at first, but after some time i needed help to make a decision on a couple things. Kate came over to me, and helped me reach a decision on a number of things! She took the time to explain her thought process behind why behind every item. She was absolutely incredible and HANDS down gave me the best experience i’ve had shopping in person recently. Kate, if you see this- thank you a million for being you, and creating such a wonderful shopping experience

Ordered 2 items at the same time 1 arrived a disney snow globe broken with the box crushed it's a shame because I spend thousands in store between 24 nieces and nephews christmas and birthdays every year. I guess I gotta find a new spot.

They are supposed to match the online deals as long as the items are shippable or available in store! The cashier seemed snarky and rude when she was telling me she couldn’t do it. Just lost my business at this location!

Both times I went in, the small pony tailed man Ray grilled myself and my fiance over not signing up for a rewards program. I thought the first time maybe I was missing the joke, but today when I said no thank you, he huffed and puffed saying we're going to make him lose his job, and when I awkwardly laughed and said sorry, he snipped back no you arent. The rest of the transaction he didn't talk, then as we walked out he yelled THANKS A LOT! If I want anything from this store, I'm just gonna get it online. They have better deals anyway, and you won't be berated by some random guy.

Good experience. The cashier was pretty nice until I told him I didn't have a Phone Number, his attitude completely changed. As I was leaving he talked about how him or someone was getting fired.

I always have great experiences in boxlunch, the staff is super nice and the store is very clean.
