Brought my girlfriends daughter there and the employee's were all very friendly and helpful they complimented my gf daughter on her outfit and her bracelets which she then offered one of her bracelets to the female employee who seemed excited for the gift. Just an overall great time to be there and see gf daughter interact with people and the kindness they all showed to each other could have been a great lesson for all of us on how to treat people.

Amazing staff, it can be pretty expensive though. Store is clean and easy to navigate. They do however have a decent rewards program if you're a frequent shopper.

The store was very clean, stocked well & the person working was helpful & sweet. (They deserve a raise). They were so patient with us looking around so close to closing. Rang us up with a smile & good conversation. This store has a great variety of nerdy & alternative style things, which I greatly appreciate.♡ I do wish HotTopic overall was more on the darker side like it used to be, but I understand why they had to change with the times & change lighting.

Been a decade since I was last in a hot topic stopped in today, Rhiannon was super amazing with helping. Felt bad interrupting her putting up the new signage lol too many questions.

Interesting mix of cultural debris. Store is super crowded with merch. Staff was fine. Limited sizes. So you need to be there the day something comes out, unless you are a male with a 30 inch waste. Caters to a certain demographic, which is to say, there is a lot of really fun stuff to consider. thanks

This is the best Hot Topic store in the area, was at moa looking for a few specific items they did not have them but this one had everything I was looking for.

My wife and I were in the store during the recent gang shooting and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. The store manager was on top of the situation and ensured everyone’s safety while the other employee helped to keep everyone safe and together while simultaneously keeping everyone calm and collected. Originally I was going to say I will be avoiding this location due to the unforeseen circumstances of the shooting, but I would again and again trust the store staff with my life. Kudos and props to them for their stellar handling of the situation and commitment to the safety of themselves and those around them.
