The majority of the employees who work at the front counter are incredibly rude. They don't acknowledge customers standing in line and just keep doing anything, except for helping the customers. Once they do decide to help, they have a condescending tone and a rude demeanor, as if your getting in their way of doing stuff. Providing customer service at the front desk is what that front desk is for. Why are we having to wait and being treated poorly when asking for help. Might be good to look into how your customers are being treated by your employees.

This locations selection of overall products has decreased in quality and value. It used to be our go to for a quick gift. Nice to have the Starbucks there and the location is convenient.

Came in 2 days ago and bought a squishmallow, and didn't notice until the cashier had rung me out and started to try to wipe it off, that it was covered in stains and dirt smudges. Another employee noticed my hesitation and asked if I wanted to exchange it, I said I had to get back to work but would come back in a couple of days. Came back and chose the least dirty out of the other 2 (only one smudge, the other had yellow stains) and waited for 15 minutes at "Exchanges and Returns" for someone to greet/help me. And then was told by the employee working the "Exchanges and Returns" desk that they do not do exchanges, only returns. A frustrating way to spend my lunch break.

Horrible customer service. I used self check out since there was no cashiers and there was no worker in sight. I even pressed the help button and after 10 minutes I had no help. So I checked out and went to find a worker to remove the security tag. Overall, I am not sure if it’s short staffed or just workers who do not want to do customer service.

Zero stars if possible. Came in to find out what I needed was locked behind a cabinet. Rang multiple times and waited 20-mins before leaving empty-handed. Move out and let a real store that sells its products take over already.

Loved this new Target near 116th and 4th streets corner. Plenty of indoor parking on level 2 - almost always being able to park by the elevators to the store entrance. Nice and clean inside with wide aisles. Also convenient to have Starbucks and CVS pharmacy inside the store. Limited fresh produce and frozen food items.

Brand new target, not so big, but has everything. Very clean. Very modern. I would say it’s better than other location because of the small size, you can quick in and out without the long match. Oh and check what you want on their app first!
