Safeway

I bought a container of strawberries from Safeway just yesterday, and when I opened it today, almost all of them were already moldy and going bad. They looked fine in the store, but clearly were not fresh at all. For something I purchased less than 24 hours ago, this is completely unacceptable. I had to throw most of them away — such a waste of money. Safeway really needs to check the freshness and quality of their produce before putting it out for sale. I expect much better from a major grocery store.

05.18.2025 - Safeway is my favorite primary grocery store. I was quite impressed with the Bellevue location recently. I took the free Circuit shuttle to the store to purchase meal items to prepare while visiting on a business trip. I was very impressed with every department. The produce department seemed massive, with a large organic selection. The meat department was well-merchadised, as well as all other departments. I found manager's specials! The deli was impressive including a variety of Asian prepared meals. The staff was delightful, especially my cashier, I believe that her name was Suzie, but not sure. There's even a large Starbucks inside! This store was more pleasing than the ones in Colorado that I regularly shop. It will be renovated soon and can only become more magnificent. Kevin

Always clean, always someone around to help if needed and they have a public restroom! If the restroom was maintained better I would have given this location 5 stars. Other then that little issue, it's my preferred place to shop when I am in the Bellevue area.

When one thinks Calgary, one thinks beef and yet here we are getting exceptional fish, Japanese style with a little Korean style too. How good? Let's just say that when I'm in town it's a must on my list. Amazingly friendly, great vibe on not the nicest of places but who cares. Great food, priced right.

I would call this location of this popular Western United States chain adequate. There are no special products here, just the bare minimum expected at a grocery store. This is odd due to the affluent customers living in Bellevue. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎

The Pharmacy staff are great. However it is understaffed. Myself and others had to wait inline first up to a half hour plus to get our prescriptions, due to the pharmacy having only one assistant and one pharmacist.. Going back to the cvsy

Very nice place. Big food court. Inside library and books stores. Enter in to the QFC. Live music on weekends.
