Miele Experience Center Seattle

PART 1 Their cooking classes are phenomenal! I own a combi steam oven, and it's the best oven I've ever had. The cooking classes explain how to use any of their superb appliances. I just got back from a Thanksgiving cooking class where we had turkey (of course), bean casserole, cornbread, cranberry sauce, and a delicious pumpkin dessert. Well, everything was delicious, even the wine! The staff is super friendly, and they made us a cappuccino to cap off the evening! I have only good things to say about this company, and those who work there. PART 2 My wife and I went again this week for the second half of their Thanksgiving themed cooking class. The first thing they served was water and wine. The water was the fanciest water I've ever seen. There was an orange slice at the bottom where they planted some rosemary to make it look like miniature trees, and then placed some decorative cranberries around the rosemary. You'll probably just have to take a look at the picture. It's a symbol of how they are with everything. They pay attention to details and really care about their presentation. It's always a lovely time when we visit the Miele Experience Center. When we purchased our Miele appliances about 6 years ago, we didn't know we would be enjoying such amazing cooking classes with such nice people.

We came here for an in-person demo of the Miele appliances and the experience was simply AMAZING! Sarah and Jennifer were very knowledgable of their products, and we had a great time learning about Miele’s kitchen equipment. They even had their chef made a full lunch for us to help us understand the differences Miele’s technologies can make in bringing out the best in recipes and various cooking methods! Incredible experience and I can’t wait to bring my friends and families, and clients to try and learn more about Miele products in the future!

I have nothing but great things to say about the Miele experience center in Seattle. We first visited in March 2023. Gabrielle greeted us and the rest is history! We originally went just to look at the steam oven. Gabrielle of course assisted us and answered all of our questions. We were so impressed we ended up asking about other appliances and ended up buying all of our kitchen appliances and washer and dryer through her. We even splurged on a coffee machine! Gabrielle discerned our needs and steered us to the perfect model in each category. Due to our long list of appliances we have had many emails and phone calls going back and forth. Gabrielle has always been ready to help and quick to answer. She has taken care of every need and issue for us with patience, competency, professionalism and cheerfulness. More recently she signed us up for one of the steam oven classes which we found to be very helpful. In total we bought a steam oven, A convection oven, Dishwasher, Gas Range top, under cabinet range hood, built in tower refrigerator and freezer, the built in coffee system and washer and dryer. I cannot recommend Gabrielle and this experience center highly enough! We are so happy with the way our kitchen turned out! Thanks again.

What a fantastic experience at this Experience Center! Lots of places now greet you when you first walk in and you can tell they do so because they've been told to do so. I've never felt so genuinely and warmly greeted than in this store. Turns out that introduction led to a great conversation about the company and appliance I was shopping for. The Associate, Sarah, knew the product well and was able to assess my situation and help me decide which of the many choices might best fit my needs. She also gave me space to contemplate. Best of all, she had intuited a specific issue I was having, and without me even knowing it, she was working to find a solution. When I did voiced my specific situation, she had already tracked down details I needed to move forward. I was very surprised and appreciative. She solved my issue. Her genuine greeting, conversational style, intuition, and above and beyond customer service, ended a weeks-long search for me. That wouldn't have happened without her. Such a relief. Thank you.

We have been loyal Miele customers for years, largely thanks to the exceptional staff at the Seattle Experience Center. Gabrielle provided incredible personal service during our first purchase years ago, and our recent visit earlier this month was just as impressive. Sarah McFarland gave us a fantastic, professional demo of the newest coffee machines and appliances. Her friendly approach and deep product knowledge are world-class. We truly wish we had a center—and professionals like Sarah and Gabrielle—this talented in the Bay Area. Highly recommended!

Miele Experience Center is an amazing place with great staff. If you are considering new appliances I encourage you to check Miele. I have their Combi Steam and Speed Oven and they are both high quality products that enable me to cook amazing meals. I had an amazing time at the Miele Experience Center cooking demonstration! Chef Garett was fantastic—engaging, knowledgeable, and great at showcasing what the appliances can really do. A huge shoutout as well to Jennifer and Gabby in the showroom. They were incredibly attentive and clearly knew the products inside and out, answering every question with confidence and detail.
