Terrible experience!! This is going to be very long!!I brought my daughter Sunday 12/14 at 11:30am to purchase some kpop merchandise , and the girl that was working there was immediate not happy when we asked to look at the albums on the top shelf . ( there are signs stating to ask employees for help with the top shelf) . My daughter has Special needs, and asked the same girl if they had a particular album. She was extremely rude to her and said if we had it, it would be up there and pointed to the top shelf again. I then said I would just go get it myself if I was able to, and she just glared at me. I wanted to make this experience as pleasant as possible for my daughter as she has been waiting months and we drove two hours so I didn’t say anything else.. A few minutes later, I found an empty spot to place my basket while we were shopping . The same girl Almost immediately comes up to me and says I need to move that basket because she has stuff to do there. At this point, I told her I wanted to speak with a manager, and let them know how my experience was going ,because she was being very rude .She just stared at me and shook her head no. I asked if there was a manager there again and she shook her head again no. I then asked her for her name, and she told me she didn’t have to give me her name ! (No name tags) I couldn’t even believe she said that to me! I then asked for the manager or store owners information. She walked back around the corner and started writing something. I said are you going to give me their information, and she looked at me and laughed and said no I’m doing punchcards. I said I need the manager or store owner‘s name and information , and she said no I’m not giving it to you! I was completely floored. Never in all my years of customer service have I ever seen anybody act like that and think it’s okay. Refusing to give me their name or the store manager‘s name. I told her that I will make sure my experience gets to the correct person/persons. The entire time I was speaking normally and staying calm because I did not want my daughter’s experience to be ruined. I am sure I am not the only person that has experienced that with this girl, And as long as she is there, we will never step foot in that store again. I will also let everybody I know not to go there as well. The way she treated me in that store today, was the way that she treats people in general. Someone with that personality should not be working in customer service

The shop looks spacious, neat and clean from the outside. So I decided to browse around, was greeted and welcomed by the staff at the door. They have a great varieties of cute stuffs, ranging from socks (men and women), cute bags, stationeries, hair accessories and etc. worth a quick look in the store. The staff were friendly and polite. And they give me a basket for my loots. Socks quality is good too. Bought some and try. Parking can be challenging at this area, and this shop is located at the end of the dinning cafes/restaurants & hair salons, has to pass by Daiso to get there. It was our first time in the store and it was an amazing experience!! They had a wide selection of albums and one of the workers was extremely helpful with guiding us and answering our questions 🙂 Unfortunately there was a disturbance with another customer. Tracy Pflueger you should be ashamed of yourself! She was making it hard for the poor worker and practically harassing her! I saw the entire ordeal and the worker handled it very well, did not take any disrespect from Tracy who was mad in her own little world! They were also being very careless with their surroundings and damaged an album! A lot of customers were also a little disturbed by the altercation Tracy had with her daughter when they were arguing! If anything my experience was only unpleasant because Tracy wasn't mindful! It was a busy day and a lot of customers also witnessed this! Hopefully PinkBox has the CCTV footage to defend their employee. The worker handled it like a champ and was still very respectful so it is bizarre to see a long review criticizing her behavior when she did nothing wrong. The workers are truly lovely and I will definitely be coming back here when I am in the area. I am excited to check out their other locations which I was thrilled to learn about! Tracy you should be ashamed of yourself for twisting this situation on this poor worker, people like you do not deserve good service! I frequently come here, such a cute store to be in! Definitely perfect for any gifts and great for kpop fans!! The staff is always friendly and helps out when I need it.

I’ve always loved this store!! It’s got earrings, hair accessories and keychains it’s so cute it’s rare to find a place with kpop merchandise as well and there’s a lot to choose from hold punch system is very nice as well
